Very handy in managing projects
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is basically meant to keep a track of all the tasks. You can easily use it amongst your team members. The most useful part of Asana is that you can assign tasks to your team members, set a dead line for the same, review those tasks as and when they are done as well as give a feed back on the same. Apart from assigning a task to a team member you can also upload the relevant files pertaining to that task.
What do you dislike about the product?
The most annoying part of Asana is that it keeps on sending notifications every now and then through emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana has proved to be very helpful during Covid-19 as it facilitated smooth flow of all the tasks while we were working remotely. It helps to keep a track of all the assigned tasks, their due dates and also helps in keeping a track of all the happenings in a particular task on a real time basis.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You should definitely try the app to manage your team for assigning tasks and reviewing them while working remotely.

Dashboard and Timelines are completed paid, it should be free for 1 or 2 projects and then should be paid.

Managing various tasks like logging the new tasks, assigning to respective owners and moving to different stages.

What do you like best about the product?
In particular if your team is completely remote, Asana is a valuable tool. Asana is good for me, because multiple departments in the organization can work autonomously and subprojects. It monitors the responsibility of each job and having appropriate steps within such a task but on time. You can work with this one tool in so many projects and it integrates with many other products that much stronger than the others. Google Chrome, Slack products, Hubspot!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like Asana because I don't find it acceptable for lesser clubs or individual projects. It could become too overwhelming for quite a basic venture who doesn't need every one of these features due to its too many features and options. When I attempt to use it independently then for a simple task, I tend to get decision fatigue and often don't use all the tools it can. A further disappointment is that one person can only perform tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By using Asana, my company and my team can solve many problems. We used this product to complete our OKRs and to track the tasks expected to accomplish the others. It's just so pleasant to see that in a template where I know who works on how much and what if. Plus, in a centralized place which can be mentioned in the future, we everyone can exchange stories. This product helps all our teams connect, especially as my business has relocated completely remotely for now. You always add new and nice features and updates!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If a system is easy to just use because you want to control or cooperate on projects, I would recommend. That's the platform! In a single team and an internal group of companies, we use Asana for such a ton of project activities. Currently we have begun using the fresh goals to achieve monitor our OKRs every four months and it's easier to keep track of who works on what.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is actually a great tool to control tasks in every area. It's also straightforward to use, just instal and optimise for usage, and also you are able to coordinate and manage readily and quickly. Asana really likes to have a group, so it is easier and faster to work with her. The Asana UI is actually intuitive, uncomplicated and very simple to use, so no matter how complex or large Asana is actually, you are able to work in virtually any task with Asana in case you would like! All is done on time.

I do not believe something wrong with it, it is excellent software, and only great things about Asana have to be reported.

I have always had teamwork troubles, so I introduced Asana. All has changed since and I could deal with the job of mine and projects better today. Asana is simple to set up, so you understand how to make use of it quickly and allow your team and time to do the most utmost of it.

I want the conversations to be more user-friendly, as the current approach can make getting into chat and reading the most current posts rather difficult.

I am operating on Asana to coordinate numerous duties for an advertising job done for a couple of small companies. This way, the graphics, login information, product information sheets, etc. can all be sorted and kept in one spot.

I suggest when using this particular device, you make sure that you have a stable online connection. In this manner you are able to ensure its proper functioning and also stop the loss of info.

In the organization, we use Asana through the marketing department to maintain various projects. If it is not followed up, the project will be forgotten as other priorities arise. Projects in Asanas keep them alive.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is difficult to see the dependencies between projects and it is also difficult to see all projects in the same timeline. Too many options and features make the software seem too complicated for everyday use, which makes them must do manual calculations, which is not the most ideal option for our team, but once they realize and are patient in adapting their workspace, it is especially useful and covers all the bases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool allows you to manage the most complex processes while working with your team. Through its intuitive and easy-to-use user environment, you can clearly determine the objectives, roles and responsibilities, and existing limitations of the work. With Asana, you can easily manage the content that is reported to you or you can manage it upwards. Help increase productivity and determine daily and weekly priorities as the project progresses. In addition, it helps to make the movement of the work team more visible, which facilitates the transparency and registration of each project.

With Asana, you will have the opportunity to organize and plan projects. One of the main functions is that you can grant access to members to know the latest events to show the development of the project. You will have daily work reports, you can manage assigned users, manage events, etc. Asana is suitable for organizations where employees work remotely with each other. What do you like best about the product?
In our agency, we have a high workflow because we manage, different projects from different clients and Asana has been a great discovery for our team, because it allows us to keep all the work organized and handle different tasks with more comfort. Among its features what I like the most, is that it allows you to follow up on the tasks of the team members, so being aware of the deadlines, and the performance of the designers is no longer a headache and that has made the work from home, can be done with fluidity, because as it also works as a planning tool, increases the chances of fulfilling the tasks without stress.
What do you dislike about the product?
The truth is that we do not find negative about this tool, at first it may seem a little complicated to use, but in a couple of hours you can understand, so you can schedule a half-day training with all the team, to learn how to use it and create a new dynamic work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In our agency we work with more than three graphic designers, two photographers and me, so the communication by email to send us files and make decisions about customer projects, was a little slow, since we use Asana, we have been able to overcome this barrier of communication, since all the work is on one board, and what we are working on a project we can perform the tasks with transparency and fluidity.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Asana is an excellent tool for managing and planning projects, it works perfectly for teamwork, and I recommend it for companies or people who work with more than one client, although it can be used for people who want to manage a single project with different tasks, in both cases it is equally effective and excellent for team productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana’s interface has a simple, clean design that I enjoy. The program is also fantastic in terms of features. Asana makes it easy to collaborate with other staff on tasks since the software allows you to designate specific duties to certain people and establish due dates for every activity. I also appreciate that when you first click on a task within Asana, the program brings up the whole list of jobs for that project.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app loading time is not very effective, and you may sometimes find that the notifications do not come through as quickly as they need to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana has allowed me to gain control of all the tasks I handle at a high school, including managing my employees' budgets and tracking finances that could be used for future investments for the school.

Introducing all your projects into the program can be a headache. If you are transferring over from another task management program, start with one task to see how it works for your team before bringing in any additional tasks.
