Perfect for a Spectrum of Businesses

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to segment out the different types of work that need to be done. It's also easy to track the status of a project in real-time and communicate with collaborators.
What do you dislike about the product?
Without having a professional license, the features can be quasi-limited. It's also difficult to integrate other apps or products, which a big draw the application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana solves the issue of ambiguity around projects and tasks. It helps to provide me with real-time details so I can make decisions quickly and efficiently. It's also made it easier to have discussions with other collaborators/allows for transparency.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to correspond on projects with people outside of our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inability to assign one task to a team or multiple people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have moved away from hundreds of back and forth emails.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of organizing priorities, setting deadlines and subtasks. And the assignment of tasks, fundamental.
What do you dislike about the product?
almost nothing. The difficulty of customizing projects if you create them yourself (List, Board...). Eliminate recurring tares (sometimes they keep appearing).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana removes communication barriers between very different teams (product, support, IT, locations).

I love that Asana provides full visibility into our projects and client accounts.

I wish it were easier to link due dates on tasks.

Asana is helping us adhere to our timelines and make sure our internal processes are working and being followed.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how intuitive the software is. It's like Asana knows what I need and gives me the option to do it!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the mobile app layout was more like the desktop and web apps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana makes reminding my colleagues about deadlines less awkward! Ultimately making things less late and communication more open.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about asana is the ease of handling, it has all the necessary information on the dashboard itself.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only con about asana is the bugs and glitches around the corner once in a while. It does not affect the productivity but sometimes you need to wait for 2 minutes and refresh again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem we as a company had was to assign the tasks to freelancers working with us from remote locations.
Asana sends mail as soon as you assign a task not limiting the notification to software but also notification for mails.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana makes me track my team's work easily as everything is in just one place. No need to track individual chats or emails to see pending work..with Asana all those features make you worry-free.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, I don't dislike anything yet so far as the product seems flawless to me and it has helped achieve the goals set for the team. So yeah so far all good to go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest challenge for me was to track individual task performance for my team. This gave me an insight about their task performance. Also the best part is you can set a deadline with a reminder so they know what they need to work on and by when they should accomplish the same.

What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love the new home page it is so easy to get a quick grasp on what I need to do for the day and all my active projects. I also love that it is so easy to customize.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could apply co-owners to all tasks and subtasks
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All marketing agency facing problems. I am someone who works in an agency and it can be chaotic, but using Asna I can create a personal to-do, I can easily see how my team is progressing with their clients and also address anything that has been assigned to me. For my employees, they find its the most useful in creating clarity and boundaries with a client, by managing projects and pushing back on tasks, by showing what is currently in flight.

What do you like best about the product?
Comprehensive organizational series of tools applicable to (almost) any company and work processes (Get Things Done, Scrum, Agile, Holacracy...).
Asana does MIRACLES for remote processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana changed their tags color 1 year back, and I liked the one before better...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly managing a team of remote employees (including project management, weekly tasks, meeting agenda).
But more generally, feeling safe that my workload is organized and my todolist never overwhelming.
