Easy to Use and Helpful for organizing
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy that everything is extremely organized while using Asana. For those that are visual learners, Asana allows tasks to be documented, as well as split into subtasks. Checking off tasks and subtasks allows everyone to have a better idea what percentage of work is done or needs to be done, and keeps everyone in chronological order.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the calendar could hook up to my google calendar so that I could receive updates at any time on due dates. Some things can get lost in the shuffle in Asana, unless you are paying extremely close attention.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Orders of events are easier to see. Instead of getting constant questions about where people are in a project, or why something is not done, people can view the page to see blockers or what is checked off.
Asana: More organized, simple and effective project management
What do you like best about the product?
Installation is very simple. It runs on Windows, phones, and other devices. One of its features that I like the most is the creation of Gantt charts as it allows you to view the breakdown of scheduled tasks or activities in the development of the project.
What do you dislike about the product?
More than just task management: Asana offers document sharing, reminders, goals, calendars, project planning, and even schedules. It is a great learning opportunity as knowledge and experiences are shared.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is a simple tool that allows me, through its user environment that is quite intuitive and clear to use, to manage projects and relationships with other members.
The tool allows to handle the most complex processes while working in collaboration with my team.

improve productivity and set daily and weekly priorities as projects progress. In addition, it helps to have greater visibility on the movements of the work team, which favors the transparency and registration of each project.

Asana is a simple but efficient platform that will allow you to plan your projects. With Asana you will have the opportunity to organize and plan projects through Gantt charts, and even the time in which the activities will be executed. Unlike other applications, this one offers a completely free version and very easy to use. That is, it allows you to carry out projects or tasks quickly and easily.

Extraordinary option for project management and planning
What do you like best about the product?
This program is of great help to us because it allows us to work on different projects and handle different tasks, thus providing greater comfort to teamwork and organization. Besides allowing you to work with other team members, you can also track and measure the performance of your tasks, set deadlines and more. Therefore, it makes remote work faster and more fluid. It is also an excellent planning tool, a key activity of our department, which allows us to successfully carry out our work, maintain productivity and update all responsibilities on a monthly basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
What we dislike most is that it is a program that is not easy to understand when used for the first time, so all members of the department have to spend some time getting used to it for a few days before using the tool. What caused the delay in our activities and the fact that we can't edit the dashboard we work on, caused one of the team members to almost get confused with the project. If the client's name is similar, but fortunately not, the rest of the clients are good tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a digital marketing agency we use different digital platforms and projects for different clients, through this plan we can organize the items and tasks to be performed for each account, so as not to delay and confuse our list. The clients and their methods make it an excellent productivity and planning tool to ensure that our team does not miss any important events or tasks.

Asana is a tool that our team recommends to small or large companies that want to improve the efficiency of teamwork and organize their projects. In this program, you can upload files and links to work-related information, which will keep your work updated and, most importantly, is definitely one of the best productivity tools every office should have.

What do you like best about the product?
We often exported our previous quarter checklist for Excel then edited it for the present quarter as a way that we could quickly upload and roll out the lists of ours. We're adding many columns to make sure the finalised tasks hold the right reviser, we know if you should alert the managing to any of the conclusions of ours and that we have to post individual products once they've been finished to the auditors.

You cannot merge whether you've multiple lists.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana was important for our staff during COVID 19, maintaining the tasks as well as making the best things a priority. We make certain all the team members of ours flourish which critical path responsibilities aren't being delayed two times a semana on our video clip seminars. Even in case it's a tad stupid we love when a system is marked by different mythical creatures through the display screen. I keep an eye on my tasks using it all of the time. Asana really makes it simple for you both to control and work upwards.

Easy interface and works exceptionally well with Microsoft Teams. The program allows a user to see tasks by staff member or sort by project so it's wonderful for projects with lots of moving parts and detail.

I wish the project management sections were free for non-profits because they look amazing!

Managing social media and other projects where each staff member works of different parts of the whole project. The whole team can see what everyone is responsible for.

With the hustle and bustle of everyday life, keeping everything organized is a bit complicated. This software is very useful for structuring the tasks and projects that we want to execute, and it also gives us the possibility of managing teams remotely. On the other hand, what distinguishes this platform is that it allows the integration of other tools that further improve its performance.

It is a complete tool that provides ideal support for those who wish to take control of projects and work remotely as a team. What is perhaps a little complex is the handling of so many options when planning, for this it is necessary to pass the cursor on each of the items that arise in the interface until you discover what function they serve. But in general its performance is very good.

Asana has become our best ally since keeping track of time and control is ideal within any organization. Keeping order to achieve objectives saves a lot of time and avoids problems and last minute improvisations. What do you like best about the product?
There are many different visual layouts to choose from for tasks (by date, linear, etc). You can add followers to tasks so they can be aware of what's going on with tasks, even if they are not responsible for it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could assign tasks to more than one person - as it is you can assign it to one person, and add other people as "followers". I also wish all attachments/files were put together in one section that could be easily accessed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping everyone on the same page for a project, and being able to keep things moving even when people are out of the office - this is wonderful! Rather than waiting to realize that someone is out of the office or too busy, another person (who is assigned to the task as a follower) can jump in and comment or take the task.
Optimal workspace structure for projects management.
What do you like best about the product?
Every iteration contains observations, person assignment, dates, annexes, as well as areas of description. The structure is amazing in workspace, task, activities. It's quick and easy to assign things, favourite things and tag things. Way for non project manager kinds better compared to Trello. I am not a director of a task. I have had over fifty recurring lots of time on Asana - Trello has that amount of nightmare.

Asana doesn't enable a task to be relocated from undertaking to estimate. It should be reconstructed from zero. It might be much better the colour scheme. Which may appear little, but it gets a bit too much to handle after some in case you glance at these jobs, and they are exactly the same colour tabs. It may be simpler to sort. Tasks could be sorted in ways that are many, although not intuitively.

Optimal execution of tasks and projects. Notify others of job changes and delegate tasks as appropriate. Be sure that nothing at the same time is lost. Being not unpleasant if you do this.
