What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly programming tasks.

Stop using emails. Asana is the best way to communicate with colleagues when it comes to business
Can't imagine my day to day without Asana
What do you like best about the product?
I never miss track of my projects and their tasks, I can assign tasks easily to my team and have real-time updates at any time I need. I haven't used other software, I know other names around but the truth is I don't feel the need to look after another solution since I started using Asana.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, it was easy to get on board and easy to have support from their team and the Asana Community every time I needed help. I only wish that the presence in Latin America increase so I can experience the community in person.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am the Operations Director of a small firm, my to-do list is endless and in many different areas, I am on time every day doing what I must to move this company onwards and Asana helps me and my team remember of tasks, projects and must-do's on time!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Follow all their tutorials and join the Asanaverse, they will hold great events every month to support the use of the tool and your work productivity overall.

What do you like best about the product?
With Asana, you can genuinely accelerate project management. I love to organize both long-term projects and short-term to-do's with the tool, and the unicorn animation always gives me a feeling of joy when ticking off a task.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of too many things I dislike. Mainly it's about organizing the teams and aligning on a shared way to use Asana.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Always being on the same page with team members and keeping track of the progress of many different parallel projects.
Best Project and Task Management Tool Out There
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, visually stunning, and gets the whole team on the same page. I love using the automation rules to streamline my tasks and keep me on track. No other tool out there can do what Asana does.
What do you dislike about the product?
Subtasks are not easy to use and the awesome task features that Asana offers don't work on subtasks. Subtasks make projects harder to navigate, which is a real challenge for big projects with a ton of milestones.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Personally, it's keeping me organized and on track. I joke all the time, "if it's not in Asana, it doesn't exist." I think the team has started to adopt as well. It keeps everyone aligned and on track.

Use it. It's a superior tool and I recommend everyone make the switch. Asana super fan for life!

Real-time updates, one place to compile information, adding updates and files. Mostly keeps us all accountable and on the same page. Reporting capability to get a snapshot on past due items

Specific space to house and organize templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accountability, teams and members saying "I didn't know", one place to get information vs digging through emails and files. Ability to create templates so that we use one format.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give the free version a try. There is nothing to lose. Watch videos offered. The more you use Asana the more familiar you will get and realize what a great system it is.

Asana is one of the best project management tools for managing projects. We can easily manage task assignments, set priorities, set deadlines and task descriptions, and many more.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing structure is not good compared to other project management tools.

Task assignments, set priorities, deadlines, product management, and many more feature solved my issues.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana's usability is simply the best. The interfaces and templates are top-class, so is idiomatic navigation. Really helps with the organization of day-to-day work for me as a Software Engineering Leader!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would struggle to find things I do not like. The drag-n-drop could maybe improve, when it comes to converting subtasks to main tasks etc. Also, tutorials that help create new templates would be great.

Project planning, management, tracking, and execution. Benefits include streamlined communications, evidence-based decision making and healthy accountability. Certainly helped optimize my engineering management game.

Best project management tool I’ve used
What do you like best about the product?
Asana has a very clean look, and it's intuitive to find everything you're looking for. It's so easy to create tasks, add attachments, add subtasks, and create automations. For instance, one of my most-used features is creating a task that duplicates itself every time I complete it, but for a future due date. So if I have something I do every week, I don't have to keep creating the task every week. It'll make itself as soon as I've completed the current one I'm working on.
What do you dislike about the product?
The preset notifications and email alerts are a lot. It would be nice if the default were very few alerts, and then you could go into settings and change them later. I found that even after talking with support, I eventually just had to mute Asana in my email because I was getting so many messages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's really helpful for keeping teams organized. You can create views based on all the projects going on within a team, and get a high-level view. This is great for stand ups. Then within the project, individuals can create sub tasks that are most useful to them.
