Great platform to team collaboration and project management
What do you like best about the product?
The layout and overall design of the platform is fairly intuitive. Even the free version of this service is great and probably useful for most teams!

Since we are using the free versions there are no dislikes so far with this product

We have been able to steamline our workflow and better manage projects with various team members. Helps us stay on top of everything!

Ability to create multiple tasks and assign them to the respective department or people.

Too many promo emails. I have no serious problem with it but believe that they should reconsider the number of emails.

Currently, we are working with the website development team using Asana. It helps a lot to keep a track of different tasks and get them completed in time.

I believe in what I see, and for my part, it did a terrific job with project planning and scheduling.

Ideal for project managers
What do you like best about the product?
A very useful application for Project Managers. Ideal for job sharing. The interface is quite simple and cute. It is very good that it can be integrated and developed with other applications. It definitely increases productivity drastically. The app is getting better with each update.The privacy and security protocol is successful. The certificates they have received in this regard are reassuring. Forums are very active.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be developed a little more for programmers. Workflow diagrams are missing. I cannot see the tasks of more than one project on the same timeline. Subscription is a bit expensive in Turkey due to the dollar rate. I want to see customized presentations. There is a Turkish character problem in Excel files. Turkish language support can be added. Sometimes the notification does not come.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Asana in general. I think they're moving in the right direction. Most of the larger amd more popular parter platforms seem to be able to tie in to Asana as well which is nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are pieces and parts of Asana that benefit me but other parts, not really. I wish I could customize my experience a bit more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication with the team is great. I love that I can instantly reach out to an entire team quickly and get an instant response.
My experience working on Asana
What do you like best about the product?
Its simplicity to create and assign tasks. Asana is for everyone who is looking for a task management system. It allows you to create your team in Asana to track existing jobs and create new ones. It will also help you to create different reports. You can create a task in Asana and add as many collaborators as you want to be involved or you thnink should be notified under the task. You can discuss within that group for on that particular point and all the collaborators are notified. There is no need to create separate tasks for each individual. You can just add collaborators.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't feel anything to dislike about Asana, but one think should be improved. In some cases, we require that task assignees should more than one. However, we can currently add only one user as assignee. In some cases, we require same task should be assigned to multiple users which is currently not possible in Asana.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously, we used an Excel-based tracker to keep track of existing tasks and changes required in certain areas. There were many issues with this tracker such as it was overloaded with information, unable to check if the modification had completed, etc. With the help of Asana, we were able to track every job and change and easily create new ones.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for software for task management, then Asana is the best one. It provides ease of access, a report, a simple tracking mechanism, and many additional features. You can simply create a task and add as many as collaborators to it which you think should be notified or involved in it.
Great tool to keep everyone on task
What do you like best about the product?
We use the basic (free) plan, and it works very well for our team to collaborate and manage our projects. We previously used a spreadsheet, but this is a lot more cleaner and intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see at least one of the other views from the paid plan in the free basic version.

Our team has successfully been able to keep track of all pending projects and activities.
