Effective and Easy to Use

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is an aesthetically pleasing and easy to use content management system. I like the calendar system, and I like that it's easy to share my tasks with other people so they can see where things are in the pipeline. There was a bit of a learning curve because I've never used a CMS before, but all things considered, it was pretty simple to learn how to use Asana. I have already recommended Asana to other friends who needed some kind of a CMS in their own jobs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't think of any downsides to using Asana--it works well and does what I need a CMS to do. My only note is that it might be nice to be able to sort tasks in different ways on the "My Tasks" page; "Today," "Upcoming," and "Later" don't always fit as labels when I'm trying to keep track of all of the different things I have to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana makes organizing the production of content across campaigns and with other teams fairly easy, which has helped us keep things running smoothly. It's very helpful to always know exactly where something is in the pipeline and who touched it last. Our workflow has been streamlined and it gives us something to show our managers when they want to know what we've done and will do in the future.

What do you like best about the product?
The "inbox" feature allows me to focus on immediate updates for the day. Easy to have conversations.
What do you dislike about the product?
All the clicking to get to notes and sub tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project timelines are being addressed and solved here. I am able to hold my consultants accountable for project goals.

A great way to manage your team!

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a task management application that provides excellent service. However, everyone can earn from Asana, not just executives. It' s a good tool for monitoring specific tasks and dealing with employees. I love the simplicity of using Asana as well as the visual demonstration of the website. I can log in and quickly deal with my daily tasks. Besides, Asana allows me to work with my peers and this makes it a great common application not only for your tasks and projects but also for everyday tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't really like the final update, so I didn't offer Asana the best grade. It is more difficult to extend and move the tickets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm resolving the question of how to stay organized between the different projects I'm working on this morning, and I know exactly where I am in each of these activities without looking for changes. It's not difficult to provide my staff with quick updates when I see exactly where my "map" is the fastest. I love the fact and the simplicity of being able to discuss this map with my team to make them understand what happens when they are not at work.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Start gradually and work with it on your main tasks as well. It's not difficult to include everything, especially if you're a person who wants to make lists, but if you don't meet deadlines, it can quickly be frustrating.

Everything you need to manage a good team

What do you like best about the product?
I like the simple fact that I can plan, assign, and manage all of my and my team's work from a single place with simple ease.
We can set different goals across different teams for different tasks and keep track of my team's performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana has all that we can think of but there could be some 3rd party plugins using which we can attach the outline or flow diagrams of work assigned it'll definitely help in conveying the more insight depth of the tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company is working in the sanitation sector providing hygienic smart and safe toilets for public users.
In terms of engineering, we use the internet of things with the help of cloud technology and a real-time operating system. To manage all of our workflows and keep all the team align with our credo we use the asana and it worked like a charm for our team.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend using asana if you working with the team and you find it difficult to assign work to your team members and keep track of their performance. It will be a game-changer in terms of the product's time to market.

What do you like best about the product?
It started out as an app to make checklists easier but has evolved into a full project management tool. The ability to create timeline/gant charts has really taken it to the next level of being able to run a large business using Asana.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being picky - sometimes the integrations aren't 100% what you need.

What do you like best about the product?
I liked that they have a mobile app, so I can keep up with everything on the go. We are constantly adding notes to task so we can keep up with where we are at in the process, and being able to do that on the go is a huge plus. Overall the website is very easy to navigate, add/edit tasks, and view what's on your to-do list so that is nice as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the layouts were hard to navigate. When you go to the team page and see everyones lists it can get a little chunky. I'm not sure how to fix that especially once you get 5-10 people involved and a multitude of tasks but sometimes it just seemed a bit overwhelming and hard to sift through the information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a team of support staff members assisting our coaching staff on all kinds of problems. Recruiting visits, team travel, long-term enhancement projects, and simple day to day tasks. Each trip or recruiting visit asana helps us stay on the same page all the time.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is used by our electronic advertising and marketing group with offices in several locations, and our work procedure has become much more harmonious. If I want to recognize where a group member is working, I inspect the Asana control panel and I can also get a quick update without having to write an additional email to learn of any steps.
What do you dislike about the product?
The program requires that training components be researched, where they would certainly help substantially in the integration of new participants. Occasionally, we have to make a quick call to get new participants and speed up the process beyond using the program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By updating your jobs in Asana, you are allowing people to understand where you are integrated into an efficient work system, without having to tell me. We like the truth that you can work for a specific professional to keep vital stakeholders informed of everything that is going on.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
When you have group participants who need to work very close to each other, but are divided by a distance, as well as in some situations by languages, the perfect app for this item is very interesting. We like the alternative features, and we also feel that this device has really increased our ability to interact faster and also with much more precision as a group, which makes us look great to our managers.

What do you like best about the product?
This is an excellent platform for team collaboration, it means faster operations and takes a great deal of moment, you no matter how long have to arrange meetings or handle e-mail records. In the handling and preparation of all stakeholder activities, higher results and output are provided. Simple way to manage and delegate roles and activities to each participant. Automation of the workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes you a little time to get used to the subtasks and get the board hierarchy as you want. The actual state of a huge project with several subparts is often difficult to reveal. Perhaps more fitting than larger total ones for smaller initiatives and activities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a partly remote employee, my board outside our weekly touchbasic meetings makes it easy to share the status of the project. It helped me develop my workflow and provide high-level updates to my boss.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just go along with it. Go along with it. We would have to quickly turn to something like a new management system, and it was quick to launch Asana.

I love that you can see everything within a calendar view.

I wish there were better ways of organizing or expanding content - outside of a calendar.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana has very complex features that can any size of a project

The Asana graphics can be overwhelming requiring onboard training especially to new users

Communication is great among teams assigned a specific task with all members being able to participate
