What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a powerful project management tool. Asana allows us to have a central place online to add client projects, marketing projects, and in-house projects and keep track of them. It helps to handle ongoing and project-based work easily. It defines every work stage, which makes it easier to analyze the areas where things are stuck.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface which makes it hard to use for first-time users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana site navigation is simple and easy. It provides a list view feature that helps teams and groups to visualize which projects are a priority and work due dates. Asana is a great tool to enhance team collaboration as it allows group members to organize and manage projects, workflow. The management of projects is incredible, the monitoring provided is one of the best in its category, since it facilitates group work.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Asana is very easy to use, fast, reliable, and powerful. We can easily manage our client project by Asana. This platform has solved different communication problems, and delays in the projects.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that you could send multiple request and tasks to a person that were already built in. Creating one task or goal then could set up multiple reminders. The interface was easy to use. The execution was flawless and on top of everything we can stay organized but not be overwhelmed
What do you dislike about the product?
Learning the system took a minute but it was well worth it. Honestly not much to say that was bad.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for everything from home projects to daily tasks. My book even integrated it into our daily tasks because I spoke so highly of the software. It has revolutionized the way we do business and collaborate with orhers in different countries.

It is definitely worth it! It will change the way your team interacts on projects

What do you like best about the product?
What I love about using Asana is the neatness of its interface; I have used it a couple of times. First-year was like 2016, and our company switched from another tasking app I don't remember the name to Asana. So, my point here is that even our switch didn't make us too unfamiliar as it was easy to navigate and it is direct to the point of using it. Fast forward, I am using it again because I had a project where my client needed to pass the data from the Pipedrive to Asana. So after five years, it is still the same easy using software app that I am familiar with.
I liked that their documentation API is robust and has a lot of functionalities; I have implemented the webhook workflow in which when a Pipedrive deal is done, a template will be created and we will pass the data from the Pipedrive deals. So all the necessary info are pulled from our CRM,

What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that made it hard for the integration is that the ASANA API doesn't have a clear example on how to do it, the rich text editor for a task was not formatting correctly. Though, thanks for the Asana community, I found an answer that solved my problem.
What else? When you create an API key and use it as an integration for a Zapier workflow, then when you create a project it will be automatically belongs to you. So my email got spammed for quite some time until I added an additional step in our Zapier so that the owner of the project is my team mate

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly passing of data from one CRM(Pipedrive) to another and tasking for that Pipedrive deals.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for an easy to use, navigate and easy to setup Tasking app. Then Probably this is the one I could recommend. It is straight to the point, has the ability to scale for larger companies, good community support, and it is widely used by companies around the world
Connectivity at its best ..!!
What do you like best about the product?
It's flawless and runs video-sharing wonderfully. It has a multi-user connectivity facility, making it very convenient for interactions. Audio and video quality is beautiful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's slow and has some technical glitches. Not available for supporting low bandwidth, not sure about its cyber security features, can cause some connectivity loss.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Video sharing and screen sharing with clients, peers, and connections. Discussing day to day progress with scrum team and planning agile flows with team, sharing opinion with team.
I like the organization for team projects
What do you like best about the product?
The organization aspect which makes projects easier to compose.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it seems time consuming and can get overwhelming.

Helping me solve the fact that it is a product that efficient ly helps my organization plan.
Backlog management tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like Asana for its simplicity in use and at the same time variety of features it has. It works very smoothly, has useful features (assign users to tasks, comment on tasks, inbox with updates, and many others). So yes, it could be your one tool for backlog management.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was thinking a lot about it and can't really spot any significant disadvantages of the tool. It solves my problems completely. Maybe one thing is that when you just started using Asana it might be a bit difficult to get used to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it as a backlog management tool in my organization hence the number 1 problem we solve is effective management of tasks and getting things done. Aside of that, I use asana for noting ideas and creating product timelines.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I'd highly recommend to chose Asana over Trello. In my opinion, it solve the project management problem better.
Making A List, And Checking It Twice!
What do you like best about the product?
Asana has brought order to the chaos that is my art director / graphic designer workload. And it helps the rest of the team understand the current workload! HUZZAH!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really dislike anything! There are some slight annoyances like people creating jobs and not getting categorized properly and then I wind up missing something so the project gets a bit borked. :/
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem I am solving with Asana is what I like the best, bringing order to chaos! And that order allows me to be far more productive instead of spending a ton of time on project management.
Excellent project management software
What do you like best about the product?
The visibility and transparency it provides for all the little details that go into a project. Everything is super clear, organized, and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, the "portfolios" tool isn't available with the premium plan. It's super helpful for organizing projects, I wish it was available with premium!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We utilized a different project management tool before switching to Asana, and the benefits are endless. Asana has helped us create better forward planning on all our projects, organize all tasks, and gain better visibility into all the projects we complete.
Very Productive for Web Development Team
What do you like best about the product?
I like the user friendly interface first. We started using Asana in last Quarter of 2021 . Now our stats show that our productivity has positively impacted.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think its app can be more improvised concerning automation.

Task management issues are solved with excellent efficiency. We realized the importance of using project management tools in fast pace environment.
