Awesome tool that can manage team very efficient way.
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is so natural to utilize yet vigorous simultaneously. I love the way simple it is to share errands, projects, and so forth. I likewise like the capacity to fit highlights and work processes to my association's particular requirements.

One look at my to-do list and I am able to plan my day. The reason for this is because you can change the layout of the project in various formats like calendar view, to-do list view etc.

Asana eliminates the need to send a billion emails. I no longer need to remember every project detail and task.

The notifications can get a bit overwhelming, causing me to ignore them in total and miss out on important items.

My team is tightly connected and in-step, despite being located all over the globe.
The way it packs everything with panels is just clever.

Asana allows users to see all assigned tasks for the day, week, month, etc. at a glance. It allows you to divide your tasks into individual projects, keeping you accountable. Dashboards are a great feature if you are working with other people or groups on projects. The loading speed of this site has been improving over time being quite fast even when customized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Have the labels section appear on the action tab. I would like more opportunities to colorize tasks and columns to make it easier to organize.
Asana lacks the usual features that allow competent users to get the most out of the app, things like conditional logic for rules or the ability to integrate the platform more actively with external software. What they can improve is communication with the team, as project managers need to consider communication, which is key in large projects.

Asana has helped me to keep track of daily tasks and activities with clients and teams regardless of their time zone while maintaining an organized work without the need to work all within the same schedule. It allowed me to conveniently and efficiently track the completion of tasks assigned to my work team, allowing me to see the progress of current projects in real time. In addition to facilitating the planning of new devices.

The Asana service is recommended for small business teams that need easy-to-use software, and while it's not very intuitive, including a features and attributes section in the ribbon can make it more manageable.

The mobile version that Asana has is quite well developed and optimized, and although it does not meet a lot of tools, personally I think they are necessary or at least in my case they were for what I needed, I could work without problems from places where I do not have access to a pc comfortably and without much complication.
I think that another positive point to mention about Asana is its simple, intuitive and easy to use interface, unlike many project managers this one was very easy to understand making me pleasant the adaptation to this technology.

What do you dislike about the product?
It sends an exaggerated amount of unnecessary daily notifications to your email generating that in your email it becomes quite arduous to find really important messages from this app making you prefer not to even look at the emails that arrive missing out on updates.
It is not very useful for estimates, it does not allow the use of clocks or historical points, and it does not collect estimates for each Scrum sprint mission, for example.

It helped me get organized so that understanding and accountability are not affected or distorted in dozens of emails.
As a login checklist, it is very useful and easy to understand.
Unlike its competitors, Asana has a mobile version that is simple, effective and has accurate notifications. (This is what I like most about Asana).
Its free version is very complete, it can really be applied to medium-sized projects without spending money and it will do it all in the long run.

I advise you to create an email specifically to register in Asana, because if you are someone who uses email professionally and you need a clean email to be aware of important emails, it can become very annoying the amount of unnecessary notifications that Asana sends daily.

I like the simplicity, and the color coded aspects. I also love that I can keep up with my calendar and task all in one place

Nothing that I dislike as of now. Maybe integrate with Calendly

What do you like best about the product?
The simple interface and its intuitive design allow users to become familiar from day one, minimizing the learning curve. It does not require a learning curve or the need to be a professional in the technological area for its use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Possibly, in cases where the project grows exponentially during its execution, it is a bit difficult to review dependencies and align with objectives set long ago.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is "super useful" for software development projects, as well as for activities that require the participation of several collaborators and, in general, any task that needs continuous monitoring. We have been able to track development sprints with relative ease as we can assign tasks to those responsible for updating the progress of their activities.

The customization options are endless and the features to use the platform as per our requirement, be it work or personal planner, Asana is the most go-to platform.

There are too many features that can sometimes be complicated to use. Also, the pricing is a bit tricky to deal with.
