Asana will help me and the team of ours to manage everything. We use them as case lists, scripts etc. The very best thing for us is you've sub-tasks and tasks and that you are able to designate various persons/teams to them. The collaboration between coworkers is very good. The reminders and scheduling is also easy to use. The platform can support large files better than some other tools. The software is very minimalist in design, not a lot of graphics.

The attachment function is very clunky. Also if you are using very large files, it struggled to load. I would also add the communication was not easy to find.
