Amazing for task managing and collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I love the user interface, and the ability to add other team members to projects. You can easily tag team members in notes to bring items to their attention. I love marking tasks as complete as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is honestly nothing I dislike about Asana. It is awesome-a! Perhaps one area of inprovement could be an advanced integration either Google workspace. Just a thought.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Product development, marketing goals, website goals, and more! We also used Asana for design goals. Most of all, we used Asana for tasks for our web department.
Manage your Entire Business with Asana
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is extremely versatile. You can build databases, set auto reminders, use it for task management, CRM, finance database, auto form generated tasks from your website, etc. It's so custom. Also, new templates allow you to setup frequent tasks like onboarding or offboarding.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations, but they are constantly developing and listening to their customers, which is all you can ask for from a software development company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Task Management, Event Template Management, Onboarding, Offboarding, Asset Tracking, Leave Time Tracking, Project Management, Sales CRM, Account Management, and Program Deployment.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do it. You won't be disappointed. Much cheaper than others and more versatile.
Asana - Project Plans Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Asana makes project management easy. It helps our teams chunk large initiatives into smaller pieces that are managable, all while helping us manage our time and stay on track.
What do you dislike about the product?
We don't always get our moneys worth out of the features. Some of them can feel a little half baked but for the most part Asana works great for our project management needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps us stay on track for projects. It also helps us keep track of others' progress and helps identify potential problem areas that could delay a project.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It really helps to have a project manager on the team overseeing all of your Asana boards and making sure everyone is setup for success.
Great program to help organizing my time and task management between co-workers
What do you like best about the product?
Simple and mostly easy to use. Great interface and easy to sign in. The unicorns are a fun touch when you complete a task also! I have never used a product like this before but I speaing with others I have to say I would not even bother trying another product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the functions are a little tricky at times to use, like when organizing and looking back at past completed tasks. Also, there is no recovery failsafe if you accidentally delete something like meeting notes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am keeping organized and on top of tasks. It helps collaboration with my team as well as with the C Suite to be able to more easily keep track of their direct reports.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I do not have any advice except that it is a great product and will help anyone get organized.
All in one Project Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Asana helps me assign and track the tasks seamlessly. Moreover, it helps me to set the deadlines and remainders for the projects. Team members can easily collaborate with our projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I personally haven't faced any issues yet, but some may find it difficult in the initial stages, once they get used to Asna they will definitely feel the power of the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I personally use Asana for these actions.

Great for Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
Web-Based software, great for management projects between multiple clients. I can setup an implemenetation based on gaps, assign tasks to each team member, and track progress as they complete what's assigned to them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall almost most complaints. For the paid version, the minimum number of licenses is 2, which is inconvenient if you only need one. Also, the software can be rather sluggish when loading massive projects; but it's fine once the project finishes loading.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm using Asana for my consulting clients to complete quality management system implementations, fix corrective actions from audit findings, and assign tasks for team members.

I've looked at other project management apps but decided on asana because of the number of features.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a tool with a great power and reputation which has transformed the way in which we have to manage and coordinate projects, organize work teams, give clear and precise objectives to people so that there is no type of error, absolutely everything can be organized through Asana in the most comfortable and easy way possible, its interface and quick access allow maneuverability and speed when organizing or configuring anything.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are simple processes that require several confirmations to execute, which makes it a bit heavy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The organization of the company has been optimized in such a way that absolutely everyone knows what they have to do, they know when they have to finish their work, they know what work is next, they know the smallest detail of everything they have to do in whatever sector they are in and that makes the fluidity and objectivity of the company improve.

Great Project Management Software
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, tasks can be managed under the same tool Asana from different teams, customers and partners colloboration. No need to update saperate worksheets for different colloborators.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes customization seems to be bit not normal, however it can be me who have limited understanding of the software. But this feature can of course be more improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project Management, colloborated with partners and customers at same platform. Which made less communication over email, as everyone is able to update on Asana.
Asana - The Best Task Management Tool to Improve Team's Productivity
What do you like best about the product?
Asana offers an easy way to manage different tasks. We can see the task view in list format or board format. We can use different filters to check which tasks are due and who is responsible for which task. It helps us to boost productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downside as such. I have tried different task management tools like Trello, Milanote but we finally decided to go ahead with Asana.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In Asana, we can assign different tasks to different team members. We can track each individual task. We can easily see which tasks are due and who is responsible for that particular task.
If you are using asana, you don't need any paperwork
What do you like best about the product?
I can easily plan my work, especially by choosing a date. It reminds recurring tasks so ı never forget the thins I will do. I can attached in my tasks some images or files.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't schedule my work hourly. I wish there were desktop notifications. It would be nice if it reminded me of the things I was going to do hourly. Apart from these, the option to choose and complete the tasks multiple times would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ever since I used asana, I stopped using pen and paper. In addition, since we are dealing with our work here with my colleagues, e-mail traffic has decreased considerably.
