Asana organizes everything you need to complete your projects at once
What do you like best about the product?
I like Asana because it allows team members to better prioritize their tasks, which are displayed on a dashboard, so supervisors can assign them to specific company members and edit them in real time. As a task's due date approaches, the board assigns the task a higher priority so that you never miss a due date again.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana asks you to pay 5 by 5. That is, if you have only 7 users you must pay for 10, really silly. However, you can add guests (who do not pay) and who have the same functionality as a regular user. So in theory it could be an advantage, depending on how you look at it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Promote better communication between team members: Communication between co-workers is substantial, especially between those who work on the same project. It also encourages constant communication, since everyone has access to tasks and progress, and because many systems include both group and private chats so that all the necessary consultations are made.

What do you like best about the product?
It is suitable to summarize the management work, focusing on the priorities of the team. What do you dislike about the product?
Extra payments need to be made in order to get extra integrations. There are functions of the program that are not so intuitive, it can be complex to search for projects because you need to write exactly what you want to find.

We needed a program that would allow us to manage our projects in a better way and to finish the work faster while maintaining the quality of the project. We can recover time and focus on the priorities of the business. We can do supervision of the workers and you can see the activities in real time and that has made the team more productive.

It's not easy to include extra tasks, it's not easy to modify the screen and date tracking.

Sometimes it can be a bit overwhelming, if the project or company is small it can feel like using a nuke to kill a fly.

Capturing project requirements can be tough and setting firm deliverables from those requirements even tougher. Asana allows us to do this and assign smaller tasks to individuals for completion.

Asana organizes all of your thoughts and tasks easily. Nothing has kept me more on task and accountable than Asana.

I wish that there was an easier way to duplicate tasks. Right now the current process is kind of tedious and I feel like it could be simplified.

The dashboard. Users can easily navigate from one project to another and can intimate others about the update.

Filter section is not very useful. Filtration is not easy.
