Since the implementation of this software in the company, we have managed to increase the levels of productivity and efficiency in all departments, as the customer service department follow the guidelines of our coordinator; however, it has also improved the communication channels between all areas of the company since for example we work together with the area of sales, advertising and marketing so that the resolution of conflicts, complaints and claims has improved significantly, allowing us to establish strategic objectives and track progress in one place, in addition to facilitating monitoring the progress and status of requests in real-time. In general terms, this program has allowed us to improve our organizational levels, provide timely responses to our customers, and we are delighted with its performance.

Asana allows me to relax in my work because I know that all the parts of my work are captured in Asana and I won't drop any balls because of my memory lapses. I can simply add a task with its corresponding details and attachments and it is there for me to act on at the appropriate time.

Great way to organize tasks
What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely loved the calendar feature. We collaborated solely on it with multiple cross-functional teams to ensure that marketing materials were produced on time. It's so easy to create a task, describe it, assign it to the owner of the task. With the calendar, you can also view a full picture of how your month is going to look like. I think it's a must for any organization that has multiple teams working on producing things and depending on each other.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had a very enjoyable experience with Asana; everything was really great. I only would have wanted it to have a way to prioritize and mark specific features in my chaos ideas board.

It's a digital task management system that allows you to organize your projects and tasks all in one place. It's easy-to-use, has a lot of great features, and allows you to collaborate with your team members on projects. What's more, you can sync it with your Google Calendar, Dropbox, Outlook, and more.

We use Asana for task management outside of development - so inside the team management, showcasing, and deals basically. It's light, simple, looks great, clients like it - straightforward. It allows you to arrange and finish assignments effectively, and it has no overhead - you don't have to peruse a manual or do preparing; it's natural and fundamental.
