Asana is much more than just a project manager
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing we've got from Asana is the ability to create entire sections in which we can include tasks. By this we mean that it is not necessary to work only with task lists, but when creating a section we can divide the work into more sub-sections and add all kinds of material for references.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once the tasks are marked as complete, it seems a little more difficult to access them in case you need to review them to create some analysis or kind of general control. This is mainly due to the fact that they are no longer a priority, and they become part of a file within the web.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem whose resolution was very notorious was no longer having to have external messaging services to be able to send and receive attachments, since Asana has an inbox that is optimal enough to comply with this without problems.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Asana is good for reviewing personnel portfolios, and we recommend it so that based on that role, tasks can be assigned in order of the number of skills that each employee possesses, thus helping to obtain an optimal line of work.

What do you like best about the product?
Unlike email, asana allows all staff to know exactly who is associated with a process and when it is scheduled. This allows you to avoid deviations from deadlines, which is usually the case for complex tasks with several responsibilities. Each process can be quickly talked to employees and photos can be published.
What do you dislike about the product?
I use different resources to plan the sprint and burn the guide. I do not discover these body characteristics. It would be also good to notice the speed forecasts to find out how efficient the staff is.

With Asana, we are able to solve programming problems all the time. The edge is really significant because it supports our projects at the planned fitness level.

I am delighted with Asana, it allows work to be done through mobiles and computers, it is based in the cloud so it does not require downloads to your hard drive, it offers a procedure to organize tasks and subtasks in boards and lists, with the ability to work the projects in a segmented way and in tiny portions to later be destined to the team members.

For Asana I have no objection, the time and experience I have using it tells me that on the contrary it is a wonderful option to adjust activities with the rest of the work teams.

Asana is an ideal application to manifest results, and can be used to improve and optimize the work processes of the organization and together where each member is aware of their commitment, it is providing support, structuring and mechanization of tasks, facilitating the way of create customized fields, questionnaires, and templates, its synthesized form is great for: managing work plans and knowing pending tasks, tracking assigned team members and agreed times, providing background history and information on Organizational plans in an updated way, provides the way to work the workload of team members, to visualize the time applied to tasks, who are doing them and redistribute if necessary.

I recommend Asana for its advantages and convenience to be used in the management of work plans, where mutual help between teams and their members is warranted, this implies the necessary adjustments of the tasks, and implicit subtasks in the projects, so, that promotes the choice of the best alternative in the phases of a project.

It is a dynamic tool with which I can organize tasks, it allows me to create route maps with which we can have better efficiency when developing projects, it also has very good integrations that allow me to manipulate data from external platforms.

Its interface is very limited in terms of customization, and some integrations require help from Asana technical support.

I am fascinated by this project management tool since it stands out for its various functionalities in communication between users: chats, calls and video calls in its mobile version, although it also has a desktop version. For this reason Asana is very simple to use and very useful for us. It prevents the loss of tasks in the e-mail message and allows us to prioritize and organize different jobs. A free trial version is available, which allows you to continue using Asana in terms of functionality. The Premium version is not required.
