Organizing my thoughts
What do you like best about the product?
Organizing all my work for different projects with due dates so I can prioritize everything from one place. Integration with Outlook is excellent, pulling the email and attachments into Asana means I don't have to search through my inbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
Subtasks with unique due dates don't show up under "My Tasks." Might be available with a paid subscription. It would also be nice to set "due dates" and "scheduled work dates" so I can more easily plan how to finish work before the due date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a lot of projects working in parallel. Asana helps me stay organized, track progress for each project, and increase my overall productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very streamlined and easy to use. Everything is conveniently organized and it's very easy for me to find and manage my tasks. It's also easy for me to communicate with coworkers.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much I dislike about Asana. It's very easy to use and the program as a whole makes sense. If anything, I dislike that I only get one reminder for my tasks every day, but I might be able to change that in my settings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of remotely working for a company, as I can use Asana to manage any of the freelance jobs I take. It also gives me a daily reminder of what jobs I have in my queue.
Easiest way to track tasks with colleagues
What do you like best about the product?
I like to simple interface of asana. I can easily create daily, weekly, recurring tasks and easily assign them to my colleagues. On the other hand, we can easily add documents, images, files into the tasks. In that way, related files within the tasks keep together.
What do you dislike about the product?
Time tracking would be perfect with using the asana, which can be added to the app. I used to use harvest for that but paying two different tool is not very efficient especially with the high numbers of people working in a team. Also integration with the calender would be perfect.

I can categorize my tasks into different projects.

Great app for my company
What do you like best about the product?
I like the easy to use interface. It is very easy to navigate through the site and app.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the random errors I get when using the app sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me keep in touch with my team and helps us all stay on the same page to meet our deadline.

Assign tasks and due dates helps track workflow. The flexibility of building boards and sharing cards among multiple boards

Can't assign multiple people when card is shared on different boards

Sometimes it can get a little complex, but honestly this is the best project management tool I have found.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can add tags to projects and color code things which really helps with organization. I also like that you can tag your coworkers to notify them and it shows up in your inbox
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes my notifications lag and I don't get an email right away. I'm not sure what the cause of this is. It worries me that I may miss something urgent related to a project

We stay organized because we are very busy and have many different projects running at the same time. It is helpful to clearly see who is assigned to what project and what tasks we need to complete
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend assigning tasks to yourself for what you need to do on any given workday and checking them off as you complete them because it allows you to stay very organized

It's an amazing and easy-going tool for everyone to manage projects, timelines, updates, and even chats.

I'd been happy using this tool. Can't say anything missing on this product so far

We'd managed different projects using the tool, and after we finished, we all kept using it for comunication. Its keeps everyone focuses on their tasks and timeline.
