What do you like best about the product?
I love this application it allows me to work the project activities in the following way:
• It is an excellent option to explore and direct work plans online through mobile devices and PCs.
• It is ideal to support and sustain project activities in the IT architecture area.
• It allows adapting and enabling tasks along with those that are implicit in them in the plan with its procedures in dashboards and lists.
• It is a pleasant tool that allows constant interaction between participants of work teams to be attentive to events, facts or the culmination of activities within a plan.
• It is urgent to work and affirm the commitments of project participants, periods in process, completion and delivery of services.
• It is an excellent option to explore and direct work plans online through mobile devices and PCs.

What do you dislike about the product?
Asana is attentive and complies with what she really needs, however I have noticed that some project members have difficulty starting to use it, of course it is a matter of everyone having the initiative to get to know her seriously, but it would be good to keep users up to date with seminars, and learning post, to be updated. Another peculiarity that I would like, that its cost of membership was less high.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
• Asana is designed for the resolution of setbacks and uncertainties is fundamental for the continuous improvement and progress of my projects as an engineer and those of the organization in a general way.

I love Asana it allows me to have a control over the work plans and the necessary tasks have helped me because:
1. It is easy, practical and simple to use in the mobile application. It works and responds very well.

I have spent time using this great application, through its implementation I have noticed achievements, and specific business and individual objectives. I can personally say that I have nothing to ask for it meets what I need to apply in a project.

Asana I consider her as the extreme, and the limit responds in the daily tasks of my work projects. All my work activities are systematized in this fascinating application, it has helped me to concretize and succeed in important actions without inappropriate criteria to comment on.

It is useful and practical for the organization and the tasks that I perform, allowing excellent results and performance in terms of: reaching and being aware of the changes or variations that may be occurring in a project, it is the definitive option to process matters to be done, in process and completed, it is a favorable option to be in correspondence and trust with team members when talking, share forecasts, news, and illustrations.

I like the User Interface of Asana. it was very easily to use.

I didn't necessarily like the flow of the items. It seems a little minimalistic.

I was trying to have a system to manage the projects of our team. When we first used it, it served it's purchase until we felt that we needed more connectivity with our other software programs.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would suggest that individuals interested in using Asana purchase a subscription as we were using the free version to evaluate. Upon using the free version, we realized that we wanted the ability to review and approve by using our other apps and found that this was not possible. If you do not wish to do this, Asana is a good tool to use.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is useful with simple designs. When creating tasks and sub-tasks, it is possible to assign responsibilities to different employees and clearly define desired deadlines. Calendar views are helpful for tracking work progress and its distribution throughout the day. Lastly, by sending files to Asana, you can give an overview of your job.
What do you dislike about the product?
There' s nothing I don't like, and maybe the side walls would be better. I might be a slightly more intuitive in projects and assigning team members.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Effective project management includes monitoring progress and deadlines. We used to use Wrike, but it wasn't so intuitive, and asana is great at it.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Asana can help us delegate tasks among the members and track each other's work with ease. I primarily work in small projects, so I like to understand who is working on what task and see how everyone's work fits into the bigger picture. There are different views, such as lists and timelines, which help organize the responsibilities and traceability.
Besides team-based work, I have also leveraged Asana for personal projects and school assignments. In addition to my work, I am also a student. So, from a to-do task to the calendar view of my week and todos, Asana has simplified and organized my work.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Asana had lowered its prices for Premium so that many customers would benefit from its services. Many of the features I enjoy, such as timeline and unlimited free guests, unfortunately, are only available on Premium and onwards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am working on a research project, and Asana helps us with project management and simplifies our work. There are different moving pieces to the project, and it's nice to organize them and have everything in a place. With Asana, I can instantly organize my responsibilities and see the project, as a whole, is moving.

In all honesty, I have not yet tried many other project management tools, but the fact that I started with Asana and that I have not had to look for alternatives does all the talking. Even its free version has a lot to offer, so if you are looking to get your work organized, I would recommend Asana.
