A life saver!
What do you like best about the product?
I use it on a daily basis to keep track of where all my projects are up to.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! I don't even have one thing that I dislike about asana.

Great for project management with my team.
Asana is the best tool for management process and tasks.

Especially nowadays with pandemics and teams working remotely, Asana is just the best tool for better performances, goal-oriented teams, and management operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Videos on how to make configurations, integrations, and parameterization. There is a lot of content on how to do this, but turning this into videos would help a lot. Transfer a group of tasks to another person, especially when a collaborator is not anymore a member of the team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Operation management and remote teamwork.

What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love the visibility that Asana gives me as the Marketing Director on our team. I'm able to easily go in and quickly see the status of projects, team workload, and gain insight into how our operations are going.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pain point in using Asana is that everyone has a different way of using it. In our own organization, each individual team uses it differently which can make it challenging to cross-collaborate on projects. I wish there was an easier onboarding one-size-fits-all type method that we could implement across the board so that everyone is able to easily use it. It can be challenging to bring in new team members and outside contractors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps keep our product launches, promotions, and marketing efforts on track. We're able to work ahead on projects so that we don't bottleneck in Q4.
Enjoyable experience and effective task management
What do you like best about the product?
The UX is great. Easy to find what you are looking for at the home screen and I enjoy the way you can move from different views. Second to this is how well it works to bring team members into a task and the follow up system embed in it (i.e the emails)
What do you dislike about the product?
Little pricey to put more team members on. I find some team members just need to be informed but we have to pay a full sub. It would be great if you can have the whole company on it but only pay for the team members who would be "active"
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped me to scale up the complexity of projects we do. When we were hit by COVID we had to create new isolation facitlies and having the ASANA made it much easier for me to manage allt the task that were required to devleiver the project.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Having a few champions and cases to quickly implement the product on would help alot

Reporting has to improve. Delegating tasks to teams/ multiple stakeholders

Super easy to use! Plus, it's calendar keeps me very organized and on top of everything.

That stuff doesn't appear on the calendar unless they have a due date, so they ca get lost easily.

Being on top of all my obligations.

I like this software because its interface is intuitive, it looks excellent and makes its use easy, it is straightforward to create and edit the treasures and subtasks, it also has communication tools which allow us to stay in touch and have a complete follow-up of the project or the task, it has an excellent visualization of the task, its progress and timeline, the software allows me to add a deadline and the reminders and notifications system is really efficient, the templates it brings are easy to use and to edit and allow to organize the task in the best way.

I am not satisfied with the support team, the responses are not as fast as I expected.

It is perfect to keep the organization to the maximum, the design of the board is ideal, I like the timeline view, it is a great tool, it really has excellent integrations with microsoft, outlook, gmail, canva and others more, the best of this software is that it is straightforward to configure and have a fully customized system, it is easy to assign tasks to team members, and I love that I can manage several projects simultaneously.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend this application to improve the organization and management of tasks.
Asana is great for Project Management, whether you use Agile methodologies or waterfall
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a straightforward platform for project and product management. It allows you to have multiple workplaces and within each "workplace" you can have multiple projects. The free version allows you to have up to 15 collaborators per workplace. While creating the projects you can select from a variety of templates, use blank projects or even import from a CSV. The templates allow you to quickly set up your desired project. The projects have different views, and one view is selected as default. Those views are List view, Board view and Calendar, if you have a premium membership you can also use the timeline.
If you are dealing with IT Projects like me, you would most probably use the Board view, as they are efficient for IT Project or Product management.
Asana also has great integrations, one of the most useful ones is the Slack integration, but you will find many other great integrations.

What do you dislike about the product?
Although Asana is very useful for projects of any size, the downside of it is that while using it for the scrum, it requires a bit of learning. I believe the part for using Asana for scrum could be improved drastically, as many companies now use Scrum.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Over the past 3 years, I have used Asana for more than 30 IT projects. The projects included both complex IT solutions and web app that took longer than 6 months to deliver, with team of 8 people, and also simple projects that took 1-2 months.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use the help articles, and official tutorials they are great.

What do you like best about the product?
Creating different project categories has been one of the greatest assets to me staying organized. I used to have a Google Doc list that would constantly get way out of hand, with tasks going missing, and Asana solved all of my problems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing - the calendar look is the best, and the list view works too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Staying organized, creating tasks in different categories and different priorities, and more. This is well beyond the scope of what I could do before.
I've tried 3-4 major tools for project management, but Asana is ultimately the best one!
