Not only project, a new way of work

Workflow management, document, email replacement, fast onboarding and user experience

Asana has been helpful in providing organization tools to keep our team on track for our goals.

I wish the reporting feature in asana was a bit more robust.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We did not have a project management tool before. With Asana we can keep track of multiple projects.

The fact that you can assign different members of your team to separate projects.

Nothing. Everything is great. I wouldn't change a thing.

Team members were logging into the wrong project to leave notes. The benefit of assigning members to different projects

What do you like best about the product?
My Team and I love Asana because it is a wonderful platform to connect on. We use it for projects and to stay organized as a Team. I don't know where we'd be without Asana.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe Asana was a bit harder to learn at first, but the whole Team caught on eventually. We use Asana every day on Team projects and rely on Asana to keep our Team organized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We solve organizational problems with Asana. Asana keeps our Team on track and keeps us connected on a daily basis. We keep all of our work in separate project folders so information is easy to find.

What do you like best about the product?
The project management capabilities of the program are terrific. Assigning tasks, job tracking, commenting, gant chart features make it easy to follow the work. Perfect for busy people who want to work regularly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing policies can be improved. Some simplifications can be made in the interface. In addition, graphics in reports can be enhanced. Notifications are sometimes late.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can put my work in order not only in business life but also in daily life—a great reminder. We can divide the work without meeting within the team.
Project Management Made Simple & Customizable
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to customize the look and layout of my project management tasks. There are plenty of options to suit the needs of each project & each participant's personal mental-processing style.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything at all that I dislike!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana has made it a lot easier to keep track of multiple clients, each with concurrent projects, helping to keep everything straight about who needs what and by when.
Asana is an amazing tool to keep my business organized
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use of Asana, and the ability to upload custom workflows that are specific to my needs. I really love that when I modify the workflows, I can then save them as a CSV and share them with others. I mentor other bookkeepers, so this capability is critical, as I am always working to improve my workflows to ensure that those I work with have what I feel are the best and most efficient workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was a change in the colors recently. The color scheme has been muted for the last month or so. I would really like it if Asana would bring back all of the bright, beautiful colors! These colors were one of my favorite parts of using Asana and assigning all of the different colors to my Templates and tasks. Please fix the colors so that they are bright and beautiful once again, please!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I keep track of all of my client work with Asana, as well as my personal tasks. I have workflows for my client work, as well as my mentoring clients. I know when I have to complete specific tasks for each client so I do not forget. For example, having a task every other week when I have to submit the time so one of my clients employees will be paid is pertinent to that client. If I did not have this task in Asana, I might forget to pull the timesheets from their remote server and submit their time to ensure they get paid. This is simply one example of many.

Anyone who is considering using Asana needs to stop considering and start using! Asana is the best of the best.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the My Tasks features that allow you to time block your day with specific tasks I need to get done. I also like the ability to create templates recurring tasks and projects for my team and clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Feature limitations in the mobile app compared to desktop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to create a streamlined process for client projects and keep all of my notes and documents within one application.
