Most of the clients know about asana, so it helps a lot and save time in training.

Even we got added in project, we can't receive notifications until added as a collaborator

Asana is clean and simple to use and set up. The free version of the application is more than enough for me.

I would like to be able to move around tasks and projects more easily. Also, when a project is over, I'd like to be able to archive it.

I use Asana for my personal task management, and I've found it very helpful in keeping myself organized based on a prioritized list of tasks.

We are using asana to manage business development across a remote team. It is easy to use and there is visibility amongst the entire team which is essential.

What I LOVE about Asana is that it makes it easier for your team to work in collaboration while working from home.

There is currently nothing I dislike about Asana.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working from home with team members all over Asana allows us to work together on important tasks. The benefit is being able to support multiple customers at a time on different levels together. This has made customer response time to solve problems extremely efficient.
Easy way to stay organized - plus it has cute/fun little touches
What do you like best about the product?
I like the card sorting system and how each task can have tons of sub-tasks. Each task can be assigned to a person with a due-date. There are tons of customizable fields to really create a personalized user experience. When you complete a project, a little unicorn shoots across the screen with a rainbow trail and it makes checking off a 'to-do' extra rewarding.
What do you dislike about the product?
You get a gazillion emails from Asana until you change your preferences. I'd advise signing up for only the "what's due today" emails or perhaps "what's due this week" to not get completely bombarded & overwhelmed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our entire team has transparency into all the projects on everyone's plates. It's a great place for everyone to collaborate and have full visibility into projects, project status, roadblocks, and even the final project.

Absolutely nothing! Asana helps keep our team on track with meeting deadlines and assisting others with their workloads.

Projects were constantly missing their deadlines, and the individuals in charge were forgetting tasks, so Asana utilizes reminders to help us remember and stay accountable.

The best thing about Asana is the choices for trading the perspectives for your sheets. Try not to like the Trello card design? We have been using this program for more than a year, and it has proven to be very effective and reliable, we have not had any problems. It is very powerful, robust and there is nothing negative about this tool.

Since the implementation of this software in the company, we have managed to increase the levels of productivity and efficiency in all departments, as the customer service department follow the guidelines of our coordinator; however, it has also improved the communication channels between all areas of the company since for example we work together with the area of sales, advertising and marketing so that the resolution of conflicts, complaints and claims has improved significantly, allowing us to establish strategic objectives and track progress in one place, in addition to facilitating monitoring the progress and status of requests in real-time. In general terms, this program has allowed us to improve our organizational levels, provide timely responses to our customers, and we are delighted with its performance.
