What do you dislike about the product?
Through the process of capturing faults in the system, some of the less important problems for a given moment can be avoided, as they are considered harmless. This is the reason why some faults begin to grow, becoming a possible cause of damage to the asana program, where a reform must be proposed so that this system can completely eliminate any malicious software, without leaving any trace of it, preventing it from representing a headache for employers of this platform in the future.

Due to their work management, the systems can be kept focused on the objectives set, whether they are tasks or projects without giving importance to the place from where they are carried out, because their electronic links allow the execution of organized and connected work teams, complying and maintaining the most stable state of the realization and planning of strategies that establish priorities, sharing details, having a follow up of the tasks, orienting to their prompt completion, creating a visual collaboration of the project, to have a preview of the possible results that exemplify this system in your company, eliminating barriers and detecting failures in the control support.

All-in-one project management solution.

  • June 04, 2020
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is an all-in-one project management software. You can track each user, it is easy to use, the project is intuitive, and the overall task management is easy with Asana. It is much easier to keep projects on track with Asana's bar charts, Gantt charts, and pie charts. Additionally, the calendar feature allows you to view the current project, keep records in the form of line charts, and visually correct and track multiple project elements through complex control structures.
What do you dislike about the product?
Frankly, the price of this software is simply too high, and simple features like illustrated Gantt charts and timeline visualizations are only available in a paid version, so it makes no sense to stick to a slow plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to Asana, task assignment, project workflows, and the replication of project modules are very efficient, allowing each team member to assign different tasks and maintain the organization of the entire project uniformly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
As it requires no training, everyone can use it on their desktop and manage their projects accordingly.

Productivity at its best

  • June 02, 2020
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Asana really is one of a kind. Other competitors try to imitate them, and try to get the ball going towards them, but the truth is that there is only one king, and that is Asana. Their interface in ubeateable, their user experience is one of a kind, and their features are remarkeable. Truly a one stop shop for increasing productivity whether you are working by yourself or within a team. This just works!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not a single thing that I can say bad about Asana. Except maybe that it could have its own email client so that I didn't have to switch to another app to read my mail, because that would allow me to use only one app for 50% of my workload, which would be fantastic, but other than that, this really is amazing!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm trying to increase my productivity by better planning, calendarizing and keeping up with my deadlines and what i've done and need to do for every project. Asana helps me to keep track of all the things that are happening and it helps me stay organized and focus on what I really should focus, which is my work!

The creation of the task is excellent.

  • June 02, 2020
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Asana is very easy to use. You can quickly create projects, sections, subtasks, and even sub-subtasks. You can assign tasks to people, add meetings, let the first completed task depend on other tasks, etc. The mission execution animation is also very fun. It also makes the application easier, which I appreciate. The person fills out the form and Asana automatically creates the task and assigns it to the right person for the right job.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be good to have a way to hide all the updated tasks. If you make many changes and then add them and assign them to other elements, the list will get longer. I wish there was a way to show/hide your search history. It's not a big deal, but it would be nice to have it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is better organized and easier to work with the team. You can plan ahead and find out which projects will be implemented during this period. I know who is responsible and where I can get information about the projects and tasks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I haven't tried any other project management software, but Asana has a version that you can try for free.

Easy to use and stay organized

  • May 28, 2020
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Asana is super easy to use. You can quickly create projects, sections, sub-tasks, and even sub-sub tasks. You can assign tasks out to individuals, add due dates, make the task dependent on other tasks being done first, and more. The animations for completing a task are also very satisfying. We love how it's very easy to submit requests as well. One person can fill out a form and then it will automatically create a task in Asana and assign it to the right individual.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's hard to get to a sub-task (or a sub-sub task). I wish there was a better view for that, but otherwise, I am very pleased with it. I also wish there was a way to hide all of the task updates. For example, if you edit a description for a task, the bottom of the task will say "John Smith updated the description 2 hours ago." When you make a lot of changes and start adding it other projects and assigning it out, the list gets very long. I wish there was a way to show/hide the task history. It's not that big of a deal, but it is something that would be nice.

One other thing to improve would be the forms. You can create your own custom form, but some of the options are limited. I would like it to be more robust.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are more organized and can collaborate across teams more easily. We can plan ahead and know which projects we will be working on during the quarter. We know who is accountable and where to get information about a project or task.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I haven't tried other project management software, but Asana has a free version you can try out.

Great way for our team to collaborate and manage tasks

  • May 26, 2020
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to bring people in to a task by tagging them. I also love that there's a few different ways to view your tasks, calendar is great for content where as list is helpful for working through a project's backlog of tasks.

It's also good to be able to create sub tasks within subtasks, each with their own assignee and due date.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't really think of any, I guess the abundance of emails is the only one I can think of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps our team collaborate on projects, tasks and calendars.
