Efficient project management.
What do you like best about the product?
It is an excellent application to manage tasks and projects, what I like the most is its user interface, it is easy to use, and I can carry out complete monitoring of the task, it allows me to visualize the status of the task or the project, I can add data and description to the task, deadline, I like that I can assign it individually or in a group, it has integration with Google, it is perfect for collaborative work and remotely, I can share comments and I like the notification system.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's easy to use, but customizing the software is a bit tedious.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped me to manage the tasks, to assign the work of each of the team members, we have improved communication within the company and the organization is practically flawless, I love that I can visualize the tasks, the automated software system It has reminders that allow you to keep up with tasks, I love the ability of this software to integrate with other applications.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a great way to keep track of all your work tasks in whichever format works best for you. I tend to use their calendar view, but I've also used their list view and had coworkers use another view, but it's all the same info just custom to each persons preference.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting used to their user interface takes a while, there's several ways to get to the same page and it takes a while to figure out your preferences.

Managing a team of 15 people, being able to hold employees accountable.

I like that it has a very intuitive interface, it is easy to manage tasks, their development and visualization, it is easy to create tasks by lists or boards, it can also be assigned individually or in groups, I like that subtasks can be created, add description and deadline, the organization of our company increased remarkably, I can create tasks and projects in an unlimited way, I also like that the communication is quite fluid, I can make mentions, it also has messaging.

The default templates are a bit complicated to customize.
