Interactive application for task management.
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is truly an interactive all purpose application. If you produce a job, you are able to do everything in a single window, though I am chatting about the entire procedure for building a job. Setting appointments, creating subtasks, splitting actions, assigning staff members, all this's carried out at an easy screen region, no need to study and try things out before making use of the software, Asana's functions are nicely applied in the program, I love the way it really works, it is simply a couple of clicks to acquire a report on the work of mine and that of the various other staff.
What do you dislike about the product?

We are happy and satisfied customers of Asana, it has showed us a path to be more organized in carrying out daily tasks and meeting the deadlines, in case of project executions. We are now more closely connect with each other; we divide a certain task in to fragments and assign them to each other. What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes because of many notifications, some important notifications get missed, especially for emails I am facing these notification problems. Secondly its task assignment function is not so efficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I would say it is full of benefits and it is fulfilling our all requirements. It has facilitated us by providing a mobile application, so we are never bound by distance. We are in touch with each other no matter, where we are. Through Asana, we never left behind, in terms of submission of a particular project. It is simple and user friendly application, with simple interface.

It is helpful for that organization whose team members are scattered and present in different regions across the world. It will help you to be with your team every time. Its mobile application is simple to use, no connection problem occurs.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a perfect technique for developing and boosting the development of software applications that I am satisfied with this specific programme. What do you like best about the product?
Asana helps our team coordinate various projects across multiple teams. My folks find it very easy to set up tasks to each other, set deadlines, have goals in clear vision. Prior to Asana, I've been using Trello, which was also a great tool, but it was missing one critical feature at the time (perhaps it already has it) - you could only have a task belong to one single project. Therefore you had to duplicate the same task each time you wanted it to be part of multiple projects, i.e. one task can be on the boards of the design and development teams. With Asana I can forget about spreadsheets, time trackers, everything that I need is there.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing model is something that I don't really get with the task management tools like Asana, Wrike, and others. They are simply overpriced in my opinion, especially if you need just a little bit more features than what your basic paid plan has to offer. Asana would be an ideal tool for our team if the price was 30% lower than what we're currently paying. Other than that, it's definitely a tool that made a big impact.

Asana is advanced software that helps in managing the projects and keeps you on track to follow its progress. For us it has shared our work load and helping us to carry out our projects with much ease by setting goals for our team, we divide the project in to tasks and assign to our team members. It has automated services which are helping us to get rid of the manual entries. Project management has become very easier via this tool.

It is a bit costly solution, and its mobile application lacks some features available on desktop version, so I have found it complex to use on mobile.

Asana is one of the best project management platform. We can manage our sheets effectively. It has brought us together at one platform, we set the priorities, we discuss and we punch the dead line. In this way we are offering professional services to our clients and they are making a strong bond with us because of quality services. We have better idea about where our work stands.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is very intuitive and easy to navigate. It helps me stay on top of my daily to-dos and easily share tasks with others on my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an easier way to visualize tasks that weren't just as lists or calendar views. When you have a lot of tasks across different projects, it can be difficult to manage only with these views.

What do you like best about the product?
I used to use a spreadsheet within a team on Excel, and it became very confusing to know: who is doing what, what has been done, where progress is at etc. Asana makes teamwork easier by allowing me to divvy up my team's tasks and assign people to tasks. I like having a central spot to leave any notes to the related task. It has made my team much more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see a better way to archive old projects. As of now, they are just hidden under my team, but it would be nice to have them organized in a better way.

Knowing who is working on what when, getting updates as work gets completed. Connecting our communication tool like Slack with the Google Drive in one central space.

What do you like best about the product?
We were facing much trouble to complete or numerous works and due to scattered work it was again a very big difficulty to be with the team members for guiding them and or for sharing work load. But thanks to Asana which has took us out of it and Plan and structure work in a way that’s best for you. Set priorities and deadlines effectively with this amazing platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the major drawbacks I have found is, it does not allow looking into your tasks at once, but as I mentioned it has sections so within the section you can view them.

We easily Share details and assign tasks to one another at this platform. It won’t be worn if I say it has removes the obstacles were facing about achieving the goals; we can easily follow up and track our project progress and its every step. Not only has this, but Asana shown us how to manage the work and how to hit the deadlines. Asana being equipped with automation has made easier for us to customize and optimize our work flow.

I think Asana is suitable for the large organization for small organizations it do benefit them but not to a very productive level. It has very reasonable price and provides a free demo and you may try it.
