Organize your life.
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about asana is the versatile ways to organize anything. You have anywhere from Calendar view to lists or even bulletin board. On top of that, there are ways to share projects with your peers/coworkers and tasks you can assign to yourself as reminders. Ditch the post-it notes and alarms on your phones and do it all on one software.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want to say all the editing and project managing options on asana can get a bit overwhelming at times. It almost makes more steps for you to get organized. Also still trying to figure out how to make a task recurring and not disappear when marked completed. Theres also too many notifications, having options to mute certain notifications would be a great update!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it is so much easier to stay organized as an office, especially when there are multiple locations. Everyone stays in the loop, and it makes it hard for things to slip through the cracks when there's access it everything for everyone
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely recommend other organizations with multiple locations to look into implementing asana in their workspace. Even if it's not a multiple location industry, asana is very helpful with organization and helps keep everything in one place where you can keep track of things and communicate with coworkers.
Powerful task management app!
What do you like best about the product?
Asana's UX and design is super easy to learn and use - it's especially helpful for me when working with others who are either new to PM tools or not very tech saavy. I love that it can be shared both internally and externally so that when working with clients or contractors, they are able to utilize it as well without having to pay or get their own account.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is slightly higher than some of the other PM tools, but it's definitely worth the cost!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us to track work, internally and externally - from tasks to workflows to even some types of projects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a super flexible and easy tool to utilize if you're looking for a great PM tool!
Perfect for use across teams!
What do you like best about the product?
This platform is able to work as "big picture" OR as "detail-focused" as you like! It's easy to communicate across teams, and the Outlook integration makes creating tasks a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
I frequently have to sign back into my account, but this is more of an inconvenience than a true disklike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team communication has improved, progress tracking is simpler which is great for teams working virtually, in different time zones.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Allow team members to discover their own uses instead of just saying, "this is how we want yu to use it."
To me, Clarity = Asana
What do you like best about the product?
I have a lot on my plate and I remember how lost I was before Asana. Now, I create my weekly projects every Sunday and go through them day by day. It is the best!
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve was steep for me. I had to watch numbers of Youtube videos at the beginning. They had guides I remember, but I'm a visual learner and I didn't find them helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing projects. Metting deadlines.
As an Enterprenure I have to wear many hats and do completely different things. Asana help me get more out of my day and waste less time.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have never used a project management tool before search on youtube for tutorials + creative ways to use Asana. There is a lot you can do with it.
Try it for free first. The free version offers a lot.

Excellent Project Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Asana helps with large-scale projects, and while it seems overwhelming at first glance, the platform has a great interface. Everything can be color-coded and tagged in a way that makes it much more manageable when there are 50 or more users workings on multiple projects at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are many manual checks and balances within Asana, making it easy to forget to mark certain items as complete or tag certain people. Certain things should be automated to reduce opportunities for human error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana promotes efficiency and allows for quick communications across its platform. Tasks are very easy to delegate and users can have visibility to know how far along the project has come.
I wouldn’t have a business if it wasn’t for Asana
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a task management / project management tool that is collaborative, organized, and consistently evolving. This will sound dumb, but they also offer "celebrations" for completing tasks, and it makes me happy to see a unicorn fly across my screen when I check something off of my to-do list.
What do you dislike about the product?
I use a free version for my side business and the paid version for my day job. You don't get advanced search with the free version, which is a bummer, but everything in the paid version is exceptional.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Day-to-day task management and long-term project management. It does it all! It holds everyone accountable, which is the biggest pro, in my opinion.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are debating between other project management tools, I've used Wrike and Trello, and Asana has been the simplest to use and set up, while meeting a wide variety of needs. It also does have solid integrations available to auto-create tasks, set notifications, etc.
Exceptional Project Management and Tracking Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of customizing boards to all stages of project elements. I can easily define and track specific project tasks through to completion. The drag and drop feature makes it very efficient to use. It is extremely flexible, and you can tailor it to your particular needs. A must-have for tracking projects across multiple clients!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints or issues with using Asana so far!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps me take what might be an overwhelming number of project tasks and capture them in a well-organized board that empowers me to start moving! Using Asana is helping me minimize stress and be more productive.
Amazing Application!! Would 100% Recommend!!
What do you like best about the product?
The board feature! That is my favorite way to keep organized for my business. Asana is pleasing to the eye, a convenient tool, and very very user-friendly! It is so easy to navigate Asana. Asana also links with your Google Calendar, which I love so that I can use both tools in case I need to. The aesthetic of the app also makes me extremely more focused and determined to get my work done. I love the fact that I can check up on myself and my work process so easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not a huge fan of the Timeline feature, to me, it is a little confusing and boggles my brain a little if I try and use it, so I normally stick to the Board or Calendar features. The only other thing I dislike about Asana is that you cannot upload your own photo for the Project Logo. It would be much more personal if we could upload our own photos for the Project Logo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the problem of being unorganized in my business with Asana. Asana is, in my opinion, the best organizational tool out there for businesses. I am more organized because of Asana and I feel like I am getting more accomplished with the app. Again, Asana is the perfect Management/Organizational app out there, and any business, person, student, teacher, or organization that does not take advantage of this application and this opportunity is really at a loss because it is the most helpful and most organized app on the internet.
Get past the learning curve, it's amazing
What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive features. Love the easy-toggle between boards, quick assigning to others, sharing tasks across boards, board layouts for different needs (list, timeline, swimlanes, etc.)
What do you dislike about the product?
Annoying you can't really "share" tasks. You can only duplicate them and assign to different people. Super minor nit, and not really important...
Did take me a while to get up the learning curve too.

Keeping team members aligned, providing visibility to leadership
Game Changer for Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
Asana has been a game-changer for our organization's project management. We have better collaboration and creativity as a team. Fewer things get missed because of Asana's ability to use due dates and daily reminder emails. Overall, its easy to set up and worth the cost to have the extra step of accountability in our jobs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are very few things we dislike about Asana. The pros far outweigh the cons. In our organization, we have a lot of reoccurring events and programs. Unfortunately, in Asana, there is no way to bulk copy and past these tasks. It would be better if Asana allowed you to copy more than one task at a time with updated due dates reflected on each job.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Asana, our team had poor communication. We often missed, forgot, or overlooked the small details of an event. With Asana, we take time to collaborate, organize and plan. It has allowed us to take on more projects and events as an organization because they go much smoother with the accountability of Asana.
