Excellent tool and very easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
We use Asana for task management outside of development - so inside the team management, showcasing, and deals basically. It's light, simple, looks great, clients like it - straightforward. It allows you to arrange and finish assignments effectively, and it has no overhead - you don't have to peruse a manual or do preparing; it's natural and fundamental.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were a decent way of doing graphs for consumption downs.

We utilize Asana for the task and project management of our small CPA firm. I like the task management functionality the best and find it to be the most helpful.

The limitations of the free plan can be frustrating.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the clean layout asana provides when organizing our team's process steps.
What do you dislike about the product?
This may be how my team has automations set up, but I get a lot of email updates on projects I don't touch, so if I could keep access to unrelated projects without getting constant updates, that would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps my team keep up with the status of a project and allows us to detail what exactly is the pain point of every project.

It's easy to use, tasks can be broken down, great for collaboration and clear goals/deadlines and communicate on them. Good for future planning.

that ownership can't be assigned to more than one person. navigation to subtasks is fiddly.

What do you like best about the product?
Having up to 15 free users to get started is brilliant. We use this internally and with select clients. Free is the best but its worth it to upgrade if you want or need more advanced features.

Wish it had a wiki integrated solution. We don't need Notion but some Wiki functionality would be great.

What do you like best about the product?
There is so much flexibility in how you can set up projects. I love that you can create tags. I also love the completion celebrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was an early adopter of Asana and they have made incredible strides. There is nothing I can point out that they haven't already improved.

Collaboration! It so easy to collaborate and know what other team members are working on.
