Makes team communication a breeze
What do you like best about the product?
Asana helps our spread out remote team communicate on projects quickly and easily and get stuff done!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the folder within folder method of organization is limiting but that's a small complaint

Our team is fully remote and spread out all across the country. Asana helps us communicate clearly on projects and helps us stay on time for deliverables
Powerful Project management tool!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the feartures of ASANA where I can arrange my tasks depending on their deadline.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface is a bit off, but the features as a whole are great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem we are solving with Asana is project distribution to each of the agents. It also helps the task owner which tasks are urgent or need to be done by the end of the day.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just keep enhancing the interface.

Asana makes task management extremely easy. I appreciate the dependencies and how delightful the unicorn is when completing tasks.

Some of the tags are difficult to understand, but that might just be me.

Keeping up with limitless tasks

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most is that it is potent but at the same time very easy to use, it offers tools for dynamic communication with clients and co-workers, and this makes the difference of this software with the others, it is easy to create each task and add subtasks, the configuration is efficient and it is straightforward to comment and add details to the tasks, it has good integration with the calendar, the deadlines tool is delicious, the system is intuitive and this application is handy to create a proper workflow for our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The application is easy to use, but the learning process to get to know it optimally is a bit slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The design and visibility of the tasks and projects make everything easy, it has different notification systems that allow optimal monitoring, the probabilities that a task and its fulfillment escape are minimal, it is beneficial to fulfill deadlines and maintain an excellent organization in the company.

It's easy to create and follow projects, that's why I recommend it.

In a company with several different moving parts, Asana helps me keep my head on straight to focus on the tasks at hand.

Because Asana offers so many methods of project organization, it can be a big learning curve to deal with changes in the project management structure that aren't always immediately intuitively understood.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is necessary for managing multiple simultaneous projects. Because of this management software, we've taken on a wider variety of tasks and handle them more effectively.

I wish there was a way to make a permanent view for yourself of a shared board and it wouldn't change for everyone

I appreciate the ability to assign tasks to individuals and apply due dates. It's also amazing that there are email reminders about the upcoming tasks that need to be completed.

Not being able to change the desktop colors

Staying organized within my business. Allowing clients to see where projects are at a glance, and keeping myself on top of tasks that need more timely attention.

What do you like best about the product?
After using Asana in my professional role, I started using it to help me stay on track in my personal life, too. It is such an excellent product for anyone needing a comprehensive project management tool. It is useful, looks beautiful, and generally makes me want to complete tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I dislike is the cost-prohibitive nature of the premium version. There is quite a bit you can do for free, but if you need some of the premium features, it gets pricey.

It has helped our team feel like they each know who is responsible for different aspects of a project and generally cleaned up communication around time management.

So far so good but it lacks real time track of projects. Nevertheless there is prolific features throughout.

Asana has enabled businesses to manage, collaborate, communicate, and organize our tasks and projects. It coordinate and communicate with teams across it.

Planning and Tracking magic
What do you like best about the product?
It's super easy to use, to enter information, updates, and to track the constant advances or delays on a project, the visual aids (properly set) are great for conferences charts

it could use a multi-user assignee on each task

Maintenance updating and tracking, staff productivity. It's multiplatform, suitable for phones and computers.
