What do you like best about the product?
Asana manages to be both robust and flexible at the same time, offering myriad ways to organize projects and teams. 10/10

The learning curve for new user adoption can be a bit steep, though most pick it up quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps to unify projects across different teams and bring together the organization as a whole. Having transparency and access to other teams' work that may affect your own is invaluable.

What do you like best about the product?
I love to use Asana! It turns my life so much better and accessible - and it's a great way to manage the team's activities. I recommend it to all of my friends.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to add the initial time to my project and track the progress and how long to finish.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana supports well for both Small scale and Large scale Industries. Here free plan supports projects, unlimited teams, messaging, multiple Task views etc. I am using this in my present company for managing the tasks weekly and monthly
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana tends to work better in full computer screen but on mobile app we dont have so much ease to operate. Here we cannot assign tasks to multiple users that is only for single person who is responsible can be assigned thats it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Task time tracking tools are available even for free plan which is a asset for ASANA. ASANA makes it easy to automate the processes involved including due dates, assigning a task, checking a task, alerting the team member. It is the only app helpful in sharing the different type of files like PDF, JPG, Google Doc etc.

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is impeccable, it is what I liked the most about the software, organizing the daily tasks was very simple, the best thing is that it was beneficial both for our company and for my personal life, it is delicious for keeping the team working and generate responsibility in each member, it is easy to follow the project and the progress of each task, due dates, and it has options such as adding additional notes or creating subtasks, it allows me to see all the tasks at the same time, that makes everything more comfortable, loved the filter to review completed and not yet completed tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost to use the pro version is a bit high, I could not mention any other complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It generated a decisive organization for our company, it is perfect for carrying out and manage personal and professional projects, I love that this tool allows me to monitor my team members, I was able to better lead my team by assigning tasks and subtasks to each member, I can even assign tasks in a group way, I can configure the notification system which helped me a lot at all times, it has a mobile version and a desktop version this is an excellent plus.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is very useful to have control of each task and project, I totally recommend this platform.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is an excellent tool for managing your work, keeping track of upcoming events, and assessing your team members' capabilities. Everything you're working on now and in the future is shown on the dashboard, and you may sort by the due date, project, or completion. In addition, if you wish to be informed about a coworker's activities, you may register yourself as the following person and get alerts whenever the task is changed or updated.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one disadvantage I found with Asana was the regularity with which I got emails and alerts in the beginning. However, after I figured out how to customize my notification settings, the experience became more delightful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing my tasks into projects and categorizing them according to their due dates is an excellent method to keep track of my capacity and my colleagues'/teamamtes'. Using Asana, we have removed uncertainty about what someone's job is. Harvest's time tracking integration is advantageous for monitoring the amount of time spent on each job, and it all connects back to the particular task through Harvest.

Try out Asana on mobile, compare it to other software, and look at a variety of additional alternatives to ensure Asana is the best fit for your business!

When you copy information from a word document, it creates an image in Asana instead of writing it as text

It's intuitive design, easy management for any project. Especially when working with large unorganised teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit expensive, other than the timeline view rest are a bit difficult to learn. Not entirely intuitive beyond timelines.

I like that we can have tasks that are dependent on others. If a task needs another task to be completed, it is noted and prevents us from moving forward.

Sometimes the dates and recurring features can be confusing.

Our entire company uses Asana for the day to day operations. Aside form organization, we use for our client projects as well.

Honestly, Asana is something that will take a learning curve. It is an adjustment, but once you have overcome the hurdles, it's totally worth it.
Instill sense of accountabilty in your team!
What do you like best about the product?
Asana significantly simplifies collaboration by increasing the efficiency of any team that uses it. Additionally, it instills a sense of accountability in you. You can see what everyone is working on right now, and if someone is slacking, you won't have to worry about them because you'll know they're not completing their assigned tasks. One of the best features of Asana is its adaptability; it can be used for everything from personal/business organization to project management and task management. Additionally, it features an excellent mobile app, which enables you to stay on top of your work while on the go – which is highly convenient for those who are constantly checking their phone or email for work-related correspondence during their downtime.

One disadvantage is that Asana lacks a note-taking feature for complex projects. This means that users' notes are not synced with the Asana tasks they are working on.

Asana is a versatile task management application that enables users to maximize their productivity. Asana centralizes all of your tasks, projects, and conversations in a single location. Additionally, it aided me in sharing documents and managing tasks, as well as setting deadlines for individual tasks and entire projects.

What do you like best about the product?
Once you start using it and make a plan for your work, you can follow up on your progress and assign your team what they are doing and will do according to plan. Also, the user interface is so flexible and really so modern. And there are many features that are ready to use. Asana also supports many integrations same like Slack, Google Drive, Zoom, and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not working well on the mobile app. I think the company built Asana for full screen because, on the app, you can't see everything clearly. Optimizing for mobile is not the best. And for me, the worst thing is you can't assign tasks to more than one user. Same as many environments, price is higher than other competitors.
