What do you like best about the product?
We use the ASANA tool to be able to assign tasks and due dates, helping our management team to keep everyone on track

it is not so much a project management tool as advertised

basically being able to have a running company to-do list with some amount of organization

definitely give this tool a try. it has been proven to be very useful for us in terms of keeping track of writing tasks!

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is quite intuitive, doesn't require any training and the help menu is quite robust. There are multiple ways of looking at your task list.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that if I create sections within a project, that I cannot sort on task date within a section, just on the project as a whole. This is really an irritant since it forces me to drop and drag the activities within a section into date order manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps me keep track of the myriad of items that I need to follow up on. It helps make sure that I don't drop the ball on anything important.

Asana offers the flexible User Interface and which makes the tasks more in simplified way and easy to track the status of individual tasks.

Everything works fine and we didn't notice any issues with this project management tools.

This tools helps us to manage the work in smart way. We can track the defects, sprint and easily generate the reports.

Asana is a very versatile and truly functional tool.
I love the administration utilities it provides and the ease with which I can use them, in addition to its intuitive and user-friendly interface. I like Asana a lot, since with it I can keep the tasks and activities of the team fully coordinated, organized and always underway, also, it allows me to manage each task according to each team member, it allows me to validate the results of each one by measuring the times of fulfilling each task executed, as well as offering me the possibility of sharing files, documents and data that allow others to carry out their assignments. Another point is that it allows me to prioritize and categorize tasks, to be able to assign the accomplishment of the most important tasks and their daily development, as well as allows me to see the tasks and sub tasks in organized tables and tables.

My only non-negative point but if the prices are observed, from 10 dollars per user, I would like it to be a more accessible price since in my company there are more than 100.

The application is a dynamic, energetic and cooperative tool in my work activities so I have no comments to add about it.

Asana is a wonderful work tool for the assignment of special projects which makes it collaborative in terms of: stability, equality, proportion and harmony that must exist for the amount of activity that can be assigned to a given project and its team. Create team sync meetings to go through tasks, keeping communicating in the Asana platform to make sure there is knows where tasks are in the process.
Got our team organized and never lets tasks fall through the cracks

The subtask feature is great for dividing up work within our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inbox feature could be easier to view. Also after deleting a member who no longer works with us, she still shows up on lots of assignments.

Dividing roles up for different projects. Not forgetting about certain tasks within a project. Being able to kick tasks back and forth as they progress helps things move along efficiently.

We are solving the issues of individuals not knowing what they are accountable for and what needs to be done when. We have realized the benefits of keeping everyone accountable and on task.

asana is a very helpful task management tool. we use it as a to-do list management software for keeping track of different tasks, either related to certain projects or just in general. the support team for asana is very helpful and they are knowledgable about the product. if you need any assistance with using the software there are plenty of resources out there as well that can help you learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
asana brands itself as a project management tool, but it does not offer project management features like cost management and specific project tract.cking like other programs such as Microsoft Project.

being able to keep track of to-do list items.

definitely give it a try if you are looking for a to-do list or task management software. it is not so much a project management tool.
