Asana offers solutions to organize our numerous tasks systematically. Each team member has access to help him keep a closer eye on the project's performance. What do you like best about the product?
I like the user interface, it has a very nice and friendly design, easy to navigate, it allows me to create tasks, projects, it also has a calendar, add objectives and deadlines, it will enable me to monitor the progress of my projects. tasks and that of the team members, I liked that it has good integrations to enhance the use of the application.

The application is easy to use, but it takes a little time to get the most out of it.

It is perfect to improve collaboration and organization of the team and the company, I loved the way tasks are updated as they are completed, it helps a lot in communication within the company, I think that the key to the software is its intuitiveness, the website and the mobile application are top-notch.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is our main PM system. It's my favorite one too - it's incredibly simple and easy to use, I like how things are organized and I like the design of the application in general. It's convenient that there're apps for the phone, and then also the desktop and the online version.
What do you dislike about the product?
The business version isn't that cheap over the year, although worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Asana to manage most of the corporate projects.

I love how easy it is to use. I can create multiple boards for different projects and can customize the view however I want.

Nothing! Maybe the email notifications could be clearer or easier to read.

Putting in requests with our data analyst through Asana, assigning task items for meetings. It helps keep us on track.

I like Asana because it is the easiest way to manage projects or team tasks; In our area, it has given us the management of establishing projects and delegating subtasks to employees, helping them to understand their roles better and have better productivity, it has an easy way to integrate with other applications, I like its interface and it is straightforward adapt to its system and operation, it has a notification system and a calendar.

We have used Asana for a long time and it has been great for us; it has increased productivity and simplified communication in our company. We have not had problems.

The organization of the work team and communication within the company has been strengthened, the results are really good, Tasks and work assignments are carried out faster and with better quality, also the software allows us to create a deadline for each project and Task which makes everything more organized and we can maintain order in the company, it is ideal for monitoring the task or project, add the description and deadline, I love that I can view the current status of the task.

It will help us to Assign and manage specific tasks to concern stakeholders only. They will notify in tool/app and also on mail about whats tasks he must complete and including the timeline to finish on time. It will help follow up with a large number of stakeholders.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about asana is the versatile ways to organize anything. You have anywhere from Calendar view to lists or even bulletin board. On top of that, there are ways to share projects with your peers/coworkers and tasks you can assign to yourself as reminders. Ditch the post-it notes and alarms on your phones and do it all on one software.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want to say all the editing and project managing options on asana can get a bit overwhelming at times. It almost makes more steps for you to get organized. Also still trying to figure out how to make a task recurring and not disappear when marked completed. Theres also too many notifications, having options to mute certain notifications would be a great update!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it is so much easier to stay organized as an office, especially when there are multiple locations. Everyone stays in the loop, and it makes it hard for things to slip through the cracks when there's access it everything for everyone

Definitely recommend other organizations with multiple locations to look into implementing asana in their workspace. Even if it's not a multiple location industry, asana is very helpful with organization and helps keep everything in one place where you can keep track of things and communicate with coworkers.
Powerful task management app!
What do you like best about the product?
Asana's UX and design is super easy to learn and use - it's especially helpful for me when working with others who are either new to PM tools or not very tech saavy. I love that it can be shared both internally and externally so that when working with clients or contractors, they are able to utilize it as well without having to pay or get their own account.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is slightly higher than some of the other PM tools, but it's definitely worth the cost!

It's helping us to track work, internally and externally - from tasks to workflows to even some types of projects.

It's a super flexible and easy tool to utilize if you're looking for a great PM tool!

This platform is able to work as "big picture" OR as "detail-focused" as you like! It's easy to communicate across teams, and the Outlook integration makes creating tasks a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
I frequently have to sign back into my account, but this is more of an inconvenience than a true disklike.

Team communication has improved, progress tracking is simpler which is great for teams working virtually, in different time zones.
