Great for project management
What do you like best about the product?
User friendly and easy to organize tasks. There are a lot options on how to view the tasks - which is great for people who like lists or who are more visual learners.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tasks/assignments within tasks can get confusing since you are not able to add them to your favorites and need to click within the task to view them. These can easily get lost if someone doesn't mention they are there
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think it's a great tool for project management - love the different view option. Company also uses it for PTO to view by specific teams an see who will be out during key times.

What do you like best about the product?
Free! One of the best task management software around, excellent tool for light project management. Features include color tagging, multiple projects (no limit), invite multiple people (team members), a great feature that you can invite certain people to certain teams or projects. Tasks can repeat (one of the reasons we selected Asana over other tools) Very fun feature is called celebrations, when you click off a couple of tasks that are completed you get fun vibrant characters fly across your screen.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can not complain about a free tool like this. Which it was more affordable to upgrade. Which more companies had subscriptions based on tiers instead of how many users you have. Sometimes subtasks repeat themselves even though they are completed. Wish the repeat function had like 3rd Thursday of the month for dates

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Asana helps boosts my productivity by helping me track, organize and manage my work. I stay in the loop of what my colleagues are busy with which helps maintain teamwork and cooperation. Great for helping me meet deadlines and avoid all the chaos that comes with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be overwhelming to use because of all its features. If you don't know your way around the system then you are bound to feel overwhelmed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Has helped boost productivity by meeting deadlines and settling all the tasks that need to be done. Helps keep information organised and in one place which is helpful and lessens clutter. You can sync tasks into calendar as well as add tasks via email.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's great but just make sure you pay attention to all the tutorials so that you get the best experience out of Asana.

It's very easy to create projects and add tasks to them. You can also build out different sections as well to help categorize the tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the forms were more fleshed out. They don't have a lot of features to them and are only slightly customizable.

It's greatly helped us to keep track of the projects and activities going on. It has given so much more visibility.

It's great for project management, but don't try using it for a ticketing system. It's just not designed well for that.

Highly recommended for all organizations, it offers you to save a great amount of time when carrying out your projects, it provides you with an overview of the resources you can count on to start a project, it contributes to task management to assign each member their activities when executing a project. What do you like best about the product?
It helps us manage the workflow, organize tasks, and delegate tasks. I mainly use it for delegating. Overall, I am very happy. The interface is clean, simple, and smooth. There is no waiting time or loading on any page, which I consider a very important requirement in any software, especially task management software. It is intuitive, easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no good solution for time tracking. There is no good hierarchy option for organizing tasks. It is not built with daily tasks in mind, but rather focuses more on projects. However, its simple interface makes it easily usable for any task you need. The chat is almost real-time, but not real-time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Asana every day, and it's the first thing I turn on in the morning. I can check its inbox to see if there are any urgent issues or communications (if I hadn't already seen it in the app), and then execute my tasks as I have set them up. My projects are listed in the order that makes sense to me, and the tasks are scheduled, communications, files, etc., all available at a click. It even talks to Toggl, so I can track my time effortlessly. As a one-person agency, I've been able to accomplish much more work with Asana than if I had tried to manage everything the traditional way. Before using Asana, I tried to manage projects, services, and other communications via email, tags, etc., but there's no comparison. If you transition to Asana, you will be a better coordinator, project manager, business person, etc. It won't be able to help you.

Asana is a very capable project coordination platform. It customizes very easily to fit my individual workflow and is extremely intuitive.

It is the perfect tool for everything to do with project management, with Asana you can coordinate projects and manage them quickly and easily, it is also very simple to use, so just install and start using it, with it optimize the work, you can work faster and easier and it is much easier to delegate activities because with Asana you really work in a team so finishing a project is very easy and fast, has an intuitive and simple interface and is also easy to use, no matter the size of team or work with Asana you can do any project no matter how complicated it is with Asana you will get it on time.

It is a perfect software I consider that there is nothing wrong, quite the contrary there are only good things in Asana.

He used Asana because we had always had drawbacks for teamwork, but everything changed since we installed Asana now is easier to work, managing projects is easier and comfortable, in addition asana is very easy to configure and quickly you can start using it and get the most out of time and your team.

What do you like best about the product?
When I started at helpshift my team was tracking their projects in a google sheet. As we grew it was harder to manage and get visibility into their projects but with Asana everything is totally transparent and I can always check in on the status of a project and keep work flowing!

I wish the portfolio feature was automatically shared with people on my team.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very friendly and easy to use, it was my first application to manage and control the activities in my agency and it was very useful We really did not use any software and this was the first one we used to manage projects, it was an excellent start to start using it and to manage customer time and deliveries
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike most after three or four months, the application became easy, and we need something more sophisticated for the task group and appointments, also to communicate in the chats.

Select and manage the tasks by area and the person in charge of each activity. It really was a problem for us that we said a lot of dead lines to our costumers and we forget so many times what was the date because all the things was comunicated in a chat of whatsapp
