Easy to navigate, super user friendly; helps keep track of all to do’s in a reasonable way.

I have difficulty convincing my coworkers to join me.

This helps be better track and manage my to do’s both from a 30,000 foot view and from a close up view.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is very customizable for your needs, we often export our previous quarter checklist to Excel and then edit it for the current quarter so we can upload and roll forward our lists very easily. We add a lot of columns to ensure that the tasks that are completed have the right reviewer, that we know whether to alert upper management to any of our conclusions, and whether we need to send certain items to the auditors once complete.
What do you dislike about the product?
If a have multiple lists you can't merge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During COVID-19, Asana has been essential to our team keeping on tasks and prioritizing the right things. We use it twice a week in our video conferences to ensure that all our team members are doing well and that no critical path tasks are being delayed. Although it's a little bit silly, we like too when different mythical creatures go across the screen when you mark off a task. I use it all the time to keep track of my tasks. Asana makes it easy to both manage those that report to you and manage upwards as well.

I like it because it is a very intuitive and very flexible software, it is the right one and a great tool to manage tasks and projects within the company.
It has an excellent plus point and it is that it has constant updates, it also has integrations with other platforms that make this tool even more perfect.
The software is extremely intuitive and the interface is as simple as it is elegant, which makes it very easy to understand and operate the software.

I don't think we ever had any problems, the software is really lovely and the constant updates leave very little room for errors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has many functions and very good, this application is really complete, it gives you a help and perfect complement not only for monitoring a project, notifications of it, schedules and schedules, but also tools to accelerate the fulfillment of the goal, programs for improve aspects of the project itself.

It is a real delight, I totally recommend this software, a very good tool for managing projects and tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana has been a great tool in getting projects completed efficiently and in a timely manner! Instead of relying on email threads for project completion, projects can be submitted in Asana to allow messages between collaborations and back and forth assigning so you always know where the project stands.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike, although sometimes projects seem to "sit" if the person assigned is not diligent in completing the task. I'm wondering if there is a way to implement deadline alerts to collaborators to remind the collaborator assigned that the project is till waiting to be completed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana has solved a lot of problems for us. There are no more missed projects or steps if an email is overlooked, since our projects are logged in Asana. It has also cut down on emails, and allows projects to be viewed as a glance.

If you are looking for a solution to improve your workflow, go with Asana! It's easy to learn and implement and will save you a lot of time!

The ability to set up tasks, assign the task to a project, collaborate with co-workers on each task, set as repeating if necessary.

Once completed a task, it is a little time consuming to find it afterwards.

I like it because it really is a very effective software, I also love it because it is very easy to configure and very comfortable to customize, the best thing it has is the monitoring of the tasks to be carried out, schedules, schedules, notifications and alarms, you can also carry a project follow-up, easy to share files, in general the software is very simple and with great results.
