Great for group projects
What do you like best about the product?
I used this in college and it was great for coordinating projects!

I feel like it’s not as well known/people don’t know how to use it

What do you like best about the product?
We appreciate the detail that will be included in the updates and have learned to communicate more with fewer words. By changing your approach to tasks, you let people know where you stand on things without them having to reach out to you. We like the fact that you can alert everyone by task individually to keep key stakeholders informed. It's also easy to add or remove these alert recipients.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like it enforced easier with Outlook or Gmail. I'd like for it to be easier to send tasks from email to attitude. The only grievance we've got is creating additional options obtainable within the base product. A number of the additional widespread options are upgrades costing a larger investment. Quarterly credit card charge would be appreciated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use posture for my personal chaotic list. Previously, the entire sales team used posture for project management and to keep tasks on the right track. To my knowledge, it's not being used by the entire organization. It addresses the business problem of keeping everyone accountable and on the same page.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Asana keeps you on the right track and helps you organize tasks and to-dos. I like that you can easily see what you've previously worked on and accomplished. It's less suitable for teams who are very active within their email, like Outlook, and prefer to use the Tasks function already in their email software. Asana is beneficial to teams and helps projects be completed on time.

What do you like best about the product?
Excellent tool to work in a team, it speeds up the process and saves you a lot of time, you no longer have to walk planning meetings or manage information by email, Asana performs the whole process. It offers greater performance and productivity when managing and scheduling all tasks for members. The easy way to manage projects and assign each member tasks and activities. Workflow automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can expand your design in a better and pleasant way, so that it makes it more attractive to the users. It is the detail that I have found so far, because it seems to me that it is a very complete tool that meets the objectives of our organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The organization implemented the tool in all departments, because it is one of the few tools in the world of technology that has global and necessary functions for any work activity. Asana helps us with regard to project management, through it we assign to each team member the tasks and activity that must be carried out to carry out the execution of the projects. Also with it we can carry out all the planning before starting a project, it allows us to know the resources that are available to carry out its execution. This tool allows us to use it from anywhere outside the organization because we can implement it on our mobile devices.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Fully recommended to all organizations, it offers you to save a great deal of time when you carry out your projects, it offers you an overview of the resources you can count on to start a project, it contributes to the administration of tasks to assign to each of the members their activities at the time of executing a project. Through it you can plan your project that you want to carry out in the future. In short, it is a tool that will help you from the beginning of a project, that is, from the beginning of the planning of a project until it ends, the tool goes hand in hand with your activities.

Being able to have the whole conversation, due dates & everything shown to the whole team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not love how the inbox is set up because it puts things out of order.

Very easy to manage tasks
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoyed using Asana as it let me really organise my daily tasks. It was really effective as my time management skills were not great. It allows you to prioritize tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
You needed to pay extra for more features but that is understandable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana really helped me with timed tasks that were required for major projects. I also used it on my mobile which meant it is very travel-friendly.

what I like the most is the intuitive and easy way to follow and assign tasks to other teammates

I Really don´t dislike ato much things about Assana, I use this tool for simple task and project management and so far has work perfectly

Creating projects that require two or more coworkers and different departments.Following the individuals tasks and organizing the day to day workflow.

If you need to organize your personal tasks, Assign task, create crossfuctional projects, this tool is very useful
Organize everything and anything.
What do you like best about the product?
I think that this is one of the best software applications that I have used to help me keep a track of everything at one place. I like the way it divides each projects and helps me to individually keep a track of everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
The latest update is bad and displays a calendar which is of little use to me. I think fixing this and going to the earlier default view will help me a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have completed numerous projects with the help of Asana. It has helped me to organize my tasks and keep a track of all the things that my team mates are doing. Moreover, it keeps me updated with the progress of the project.
Project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
I recently started using Asana to better organize my time as well as all of the projects I'm working on. It helps different team collaborate easier, be on top of deadlines and divide responsibilities among coworkers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform look complicated and confusing for first-time users and it will take a while until you get used to it. Also, big projects can be extensive and complicated to follow and track.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me and my team to collaborate on the projects and everyone know their specific task and job to to. It's easily trackable, and promoted team collaboration, accountability and communication. Give it a try

What do you like best about the product?
One of the nice things about Asana is that you're able to divide up tasks between different people. You can assign them tasks to do for employees, schedule meetings and see all your past meetings as well. This may be a simple one but I do like the fact that you're able to customize it and change the setting to fit your personality. We just use it in a group of five for my team in Customer Care, but that's all that need it. We can communicate through it and everyone has access so you don't have to wait for someone to upload things, you can do it yourself which makes it more productibe.
What do you dislike about the product?
The layout is kind of hard to navigate at first, if the set up was a little easier to read that would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We mostly use Asana at work to schedule meeting with the Team Leads, and for the Team Leads to have topics for one on ones with our agents to go over things that we want the department to go over as a whole. Another feature is that you can also write specific notes for an agent if there is something that they need to be retaught or gone over with again.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think Asana is great! You can use it for big groups or for small groups. There are several departments that use Asana at my work and we all have our own separate page so you don't have to sift or sort through different departments projects. You get to see what you need to see. It's also nice to be able to look back on previous meetings or weeks that you had data in Asana so if you'd like to review it again you don't have to write it down or try and remember. It's all there for the taking.
Organization is Key
What do you like best about the product?
It is very beneficial that I can do everything in one platform. Very easy to connect with people in the company and complete tasks seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times it can be hard to locate a task when it has been awhile but I will continue working and learning

Much more organized since most of everything we do is housed inside Asana
