What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of setup. How easy it is to make changes.

Asana is one of the best project manager software on the market, because not only can you create your projects, but you can also create tasks and subtasks for them, Asana allows you to create an expiration limit for each project, this makes everything much more organized and you can maintain order with your work team, as this helps each member to be clear about their responsibilities and the time to fulfill each of them.
Asana is great for both managing a project flow and daily tasks, as well as planning your projects for the future. Without a doubt, it is a tool that has a very intuitive interface.

There is nothing I do not like about this project manager software, without a doubt Asana is the best software on the market to carry out your projects since it helps you keep everything much more organized and be aware of the completion of each project, task and subtasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Due to the Covid pandemic, with Asana I have been able to solve many problems, since it has helped me to carry out my duties and work while always maintaining an excellent organization, from the Gantt method to the Kanban method, they are characteristics that without a doubt. Chat, project management, collaborative work have served a lot, with Asana all this is much easier and more efficient.

If you are looking for a project manager for your company, Asana is the one, since it has excellent functions that will undoubtedly be very useful to you.

Every team leader wishes to have a tool that can help him have a keen eye over the details of the project execution. Asana provides tools that design the whole project in many components and ensures proper accountability.
It provides daily reports about your work and helps to gauge your progress. Daily reports with timeline give a heads up for working. Apart from daily monitoring of work, it helps to coordinate with different members and set their accountability.

Asana can improve a little better in terms of providing more analytical tools. There is scope for better aesthetics also.

What do you like best about the product?
You can double expose tasks on multiple boards thus linking projects together. You can also assign people tasks and due dates. It integrates nicely with Slack.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that you could see all tasks assigned to you in the calendar view even if a due date has not been assigned.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Asana as a project management tool to map out product launches and marketing campaigns and ad hoc issues that arise and need to be collaborated on.

This is a great tool to stay organized individually and with teams.
I would not be nearly as effective at my job without Asana

I love using it for day-to-day task management. The tags are a lifesaver.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's more geared to be a project-management tool rather than a task-management tool. This means a lot of the new releases/features are helpful for project management only. The Gmail integration doesn't work as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nothing falls through the cracks. The Slack integration is key for making sure all the small asks I get from colleagues are tracked and logged so nothing is missed. Customer requests as well.

You get out of it what you put in. Keep yourself honest with logging new tasks, updating due dates, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
I liked the design of the application, it is easy to hook up and handle, it really is a very practical application, it is very simple to create and assign a task, I like that it has calendar integration, plus it also has notifications, I like it because it is ideal for collaborative team work and also because it is an application that can be molded to our liking, it is easy to track the status and time of the project and the tasks, it is very easy to add a description of the project, the monitoring is excellent, I can be aware of everything that happens while the task or the project itself is developed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints about the software, it is constantly being updated and every day it has new integrations that improve it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is perfect to save and manage time and work, I like it because I can be organized but also work on the go, it has updated functions such as short video messaging, it is amazing, the interface is excellent and communication improves with colleagues, partners and customers, this is a real plus.

I totally recommend this software, very useful and has excellent results.

It is an application that totally facilitates the work, it is intuitive and interactive, and it is easy to learn to use, I like it because it allows the assignment of tasks in a detailed way and in turn follow each step that is taken in the activity, and thus achieve the fulfillment of each objective. Asana is an interactive software, you can insert names and images to each task, making it more attractive to carry out all the activities, I like it because I can change the order of the tasks, if necessary and the project members can reorganize them too, each collaborator receives updates , facilitating teamwork.

I have no complaints about the program for now, I have found it simple and useful to use it.

With Asana I can create tasks based on the main tasks, which is advantageous to meet each objective, the use of the software generates a total benefit, we have been able to meet deadlines and delivery deadlines, it is easier to follow up on each project, and correcting any error on time and in the specific objective, allows you to see how all projects are progressing in real time.

Increases Overall Productivity
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can create multiple projects. I like that the free version alone adds so much value to my business and creative projects. I like how I can create boards, sub-tasks and add due dates. I usually write my goals on paper, and brain storm in excel and tranfer everything to ASANA as my last step before I start my hands-on work. As soon as I put everything in ASANA, I know it's going to happen. ASANA keep me accountable and organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not dislike anything about ASANA. ASANA is a way for me to see what I need to get done, when I need to get done and how it fits into my schedule and to-do list,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I create different projects for all my goals, I wish there was a way to put all of my projects on a timeline to see how everything looks together. Usually, I take all my daily tasks schduled in ASANA and put it in a separate to-do list to show what I need to get done on a daily basis.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take your time learning the functions of ASANA. It appears intimidating in the beginning, but it makes sense after you use it a few time.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to organize all tasks by dates, priorities, and projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Precisely, when using the "My Tasks" tab, sometimes the screen moves, so it is tricky to navigate on that screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am mainly organizing multiple tasks across multiple projects that involve different people from my team. The top benefit is that I can clearly visualize what I have to get done today and the days after.
