Easy tool to use
What do you like best about the product?
You are able to loop in other team members of the project easily and manage tasks in a very organised manner.

Sometimes the email notifications coming from asana can bombard your inbox quickly

What do you dislike about the product?
From this platform I like everything, however my only observation is that I would like you to add the option of placing specific hours to the delivery of the assigned tasks and not just the day, I would like a time and date setting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool has helped us to organize each task and project and at the same time validate the delivery of the same, we can monitor the development of them, thanks to Asana the productive and creative approach of the work team has increased and remains aligned with the achievement of the objectives.

I recommend to my friends and colleagues this useful tool, it really provides solutions for management and administration of tasks, it is not necessary to be an expert to get the most out of it.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the things I love most about Asana is being able to create a work room and meet with colleagues from my industry to carry out teamwork. I love Asana for its project management and administration tools ... it is very complete.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana is one of the most complete resource management tools that currently exist in the application market, and since the use I have not perceived any failure or inconvenience.

Asana is a tool that allows you to keep up with all assignments thanks to its brilliant features as a project management application. In addition, Asana with Asana I have been able to organize all the projects of the month with coworkers in order to work more efficiently.

I like the great and intuitive user interface of Asana, because it helps me to comfortably perform my daily tasks without the possibility of getting lost in the attempt. I like being able to work as a team with colleagues in other offices far from mine, and I like being able to keep track of work.

In my 15 months of experience with Asana I have been fascinated by how complete it is as a project management tool, so I have no bad comments about it.

I have improved the delivery of artistic works thanks to the excellent functions that Asana has as a project management application. Asana has helped me not to delay with the completion of daily tasks, allowing me to improve my productivity and the time it takes to deliver my projects to my clients.

Great for teams that work virtually!
What do you like best about the product?
Love how you can organize the tasks and files based on area of management. Everyone is on the same page about the tasks that must be completed, and when and if they were. Totally beats Google Drive and emailing team members back and forth!
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish there was a chat feature. Emailing to indicate when things have been put on Asana is not a big deal, but having it right on the dashboard would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before, we weren't sure who was doing what tasks. This was pretty confusing because most of us work remotely. Thanks to Asana, we are more organized and know what the tasks are, and who is responsible.
Best tool for team projects
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that it's a single point of communication with my team. I can upload files, comment on tasks, check upcoming due tasks, etc. all in one place. No need to check email or any other tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes some time to master. Some interface/sections are not intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves time and makes sure that everyone on the team is aware of the progress of every task.

I would recommend Asana if you want to manage multiple projects within a small or large team. It saves time and encourages everyone in your team to accomplish tasks as soon as they can.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Asana is how great it is as a project management tool. I also like many of its functions such as customizable permits, time tracking, collaboration with coworkers and risk management. I really like how the animations look when I finish some task.
What do you dislike about the product?
With Asana I have managed many projects intuitively and efficiently, and in all my experience I have not perceived any failures in their functions, so I have nothing negative to say.

Thanks to Asana, I have been able to manage my company's projects in an organized and effective way, and it has also allowed me to work as a team with many colleagues. Asana has helped me work from anywhere as it is available on multiple devices. Asana has allowed me to improve daily production.

Nice tool for Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Asana has a very intuitive User Interface. Its simplistic design facilitates very easy use with little training. The tool facilitates very good collaboration between team members and different teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no specific feature that I dislike, but it would be great if the tool could also work in an offline mode.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used Asana to facilitate a web development project with inputs from multiple teams. It worked very well for us. Inputs from different teams could be put together very easily.

It's a very powerful and simple tool for collaboration and project management.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana has helped our full team with our communication, work flow and keeping us all on the same page with project status. We do all communication through Asana and anyone can go to a project and see where a client's campaigns stand and what we need to do next. We can also pull reports to see our teams' workloads and move things around if needed. Labels and custom fields help us organize and report on everything easily, and we even run our meetings and 1:1s out of Asana. We have also connected to the API with our internal campaign management system so everything is connected.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not an easy way to have client facing boards, but we have been able to do some workarounds.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everyone has visibility into every project and where everything is whether you are working on the project or a manager trying to help prioritize your team's work. Everyone knows what they have to do when they get into the office and we can help them prioritize with due dates and labels. All comments are in each card or line, so if anyone has questions or forgets what is going on, they can read everything there.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you do a trial and set up a few teams/projects to make sure the organization is exactly what you need for your team. Also, the reports/search function is a powerful piece of Asana - use them!
