Amazing project management system
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that Asana is flexible and scalable. Asana has a robust learning library as part of the Asana Academy. Templates and now rul;es and triggers are super helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want more automation with goals and better integration with Google Chat/meet. I'm not too fond of the minimal reporting features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm running multiple departments, marketing, technology development, legal, and compliance. It's is especially helpful for remote teams.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Anyone who has a business and works with more than 1 or 2 people should absolutely use Asana regardless of the industry they are a part of.
Asana is GREAT!
What do you like best about the product?
Asana has genuinely changed my work life. It is so helpful to begin my workday by bringing it up on my screen and referencing back to it throughout the day. It is like my virtual to-do list and helps me remember to do many tasks that would fall through the cracks as other things come up in my day. What I like best about Asana is how useful it is and a fantastic assistance for me to complete my tasks. There are many features, like adding due dates and the ability to sort my most pressing tasks to the top of the list. I am also able to make reoccurring tasks, and that has been extremely helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There has not been anything that has come up yet that I have disliked about Asana.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving many problems with Asana. I can remember tasks that are monthly, bi-annually, and annually because of the feature where I can set tasks to reoccurring. There are a lot of benefits to using Asana. Having to-do lists where I can constantly add more tasks, sort, and check them all off the list has been excellent.
Great organization and functionality!
What do you like best about the product?
Love that Asana projects can be quite customizable in the looks and placement of tasks. Asana is very user-friendly and the how-to guides are very helpful. Asana sends notifications to your email instantly so you do not miss an assigned task or comment.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish multiple users could be assigned to one task in Asana. Also I would love if there was a dashboard feature where we can customize the exact information we're looking for based on the project status.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving project management organization issues. We have really benefitted from having somewhere to document our workflow process on projects and it is helpful we can have outside vendors linked to our Asana as well.
Great for experienced users!
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to organize and move my tasks so easily. There are also different views so it's made for multiple organization styles.
What do you dislike about the product?
No time tracking and it can be hard for new users (with no project management tool experience) to adapt.

Being able to keep a team updated on tasks and who is responsible for what.
Robust Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is excellent for personal task management, project management, and workload management. It's easy to set up a project overview and then build a timeline in the timeline view. I also use the rules to assign specific tasks to multiple project boards automatically. Integrates with Slack to give you task updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the "my tasks" section were more customizable.

Project planning and management. Ability to plan marketing projects for the quarter and review full timelines. Individual task management
My fave PM software
What do you like best about the product?
I love how versatile yet structured is for planning video shoots as well as general office and life admin and that I can get reminders and schedules through google calendar.
What do you dislike about the product?
takes many clicks to schedule a task in order to populate google calendar
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use asana and the auto rescheduling to set up my daily routine and weekly schedule. Im hoping there is a way to transcribe tasks from audio via the apple watch

If you want reminders for repeating tasks or to collaborate, the upgrade is worth it!
It's easy to use and promotes teamwork to meet objectives
What do you like best about the product?
Asana helps us to plan and plot the best route to meet the objectives in our projects. It is an all-in-one tool for orderly and efficient project management. It allows us to have at our disposal an environment that will enable us to fragment projects into more manageable parts, distribute work among group members and constantly track the progress of each project and more. I love everything about Asana, from the visual to the operational.
What do you dislike about the product?
It lacks tools to make customizations within user profiles; also, its interface is a bit superficial; the above mentioned does not influence its exceptional operability; it has covered our communicative and collaborative needs in project management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, Asana plays a fundamental role in our project management. It allows us to improve our communication as a team and collaborate and move forward to complete our tasks and projects. It helps us to coordinate our work and keep all the information related to our projects within the same platform.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Asana is a pretty effective project management tool; it unites work teams and automates many tasks that usually consume time and energy. It significantly promotes teamwork to move projects forward efficiently. You will like it as much as we do.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana has caused a positive factor in my work distribution; I can have many variants in terms of visualization, distribution, and information of the most advanced projects in the central information panel set. The price has been striking as the tools are exquisite at a low cost.

I should improve the support. I have had problems communicating with the experts to solve simple problems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has been fundamental in terms of the distribution of projects at a very excellent pace; we are always constantly updating the tasks, which allows us to have a very advanced program as far as organization is concerned.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend it because the program has had many positive causes to have an entire strategic order. We have been able to visualize how the distribution of projects performs.
Efficient and effective for communicating with the engineering team
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how easy Asana makes it to communicate across different teams and stay on top of bugs with our app.
What do you dislike about the product?
With several different boards for tasks, it can be difficult to keep track of what was posted where.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have customers who find bugs with our app all of the time. This product allows us to make sure we address their product concern in an efficient and timely manner.
Organization is Key to Success
What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can use Asana to write content, organize tasks, and to-do lists. Create a new project. Provide updates or new communication for the group to see. I can keep them updated and also share with a group of peers in order to communicate and resolve tasks. Reassign writers or head of projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Subtasks confuse me when you build them based on the one original task. The interface is very confusing also at first, until you really dedicate time to learn the locations of many functions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving group projects, assign to different peers and also provide new updates or announcements. I am writing content and using a team to proofread content.
