Great for group task management!!
What do you like best about the product?
I use this app with one of my clients, and it makes it so easy for him to assign tasks and for me to see everything that i need to do!!
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything that I dislike about the app! It is very user-friendly!!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Asana, my client would text me a list of to-dos, and I would often forget to write them down and then lose track of them. With Asana, I can check the app to see what needs to be done and communicate the progress of each task directly with him!

I like it since it's a perfect solution especially when it comes to task and projects management.
It's also easy to use and user friendly.

With it you can easily set up multiple projects and as well assign team to various projects at the same time.

I liked the simplicity, it covers the basic needs of your daily task management with your team.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is absolutely nothing to dislike about it, however, it just gets logged out by itself, which gets annoying sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a Social Media Manager, so I need to assign tasks to my teammates a month prior and Asana helps me easily achieve it, I can upload the media and everything in a single place and set deadlines accordingly. No more use of E-mail.

Asana is one of these apps that takes 5 minutes to start with, hides complexity but for every feature you think "I wonder if it can do X", it always does.

The way it links domains and accounts into one automatic system without full control of a CTO.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a complete tool when it comes to project management. It has so many advantages that productive time is maximized. As a project leader, you can see who is doing what at any time, and it is so efficient in assigning tasks that you spend more time working than talking about work. It is free for projects with less than 15 people, and not only that, you can manage several projects simultaneously. Another critical detail to highlight is that Asana has a mobile application that you can use to monitor your project's development from your cell phone. This mobile application is available for iOS and Android. On the other hand, I can highlight that Asana has a friendly and intuitive interface, ideal to guarantee an excellent user experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no desktop application. This detail forces you to manage your projects either from the browser or from your cell phone. It can interfere with the tastes of some people who are more comfortable working from desktop applications. On the other hand, it is necessary to emphasize that the completeness of Asana, as a tool, makes users take a certain amount of time to learn to use the tool to its full potential and handle all its advantages; time that sometimes you don't have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana has helped me to overview the development of the projects that I have had to manage for my company. It is a powerful software with significant advantages that have helped me to give a concrete and accurate answer about the delivery times of each stage of the project and the fulfillment times of each one of the proposed objectives.

Ease of use and the UX is very pleasing. It helps add more coordination within a team irrespective of its size or region.

Nothing too major that tops my mind. The platform is super helpful and even a novice can grasp the activities quickly

We have teams across continents and with Asana it's easier to line items and track their progress effortlessly
Useful for organising and prioritising tasks
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a really great tool. It is useful for creating task lists to track to-do's for the day, as well as creating larger project boards where you can store information and collaborate across the team. Asana has a nice UI and the use of colours works really well to help differentiate between projects, users and tasks. It is also really customisable so you can create your own view of what works well for your business and individual workload.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to dislike about Asana due to how effective and efficient it is. The only thing to mention about a downside could potentially be a cleaner view of your personal tasks as they tend to fall into either 'recently assigned or have a due date e.g. today/later whereas it would be helpful to just have a general task list with no subheading.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana has brought great productivity benefits to us because we can manage tasks and assign them out. Planning projects is much easier through the use of Asana as we have a central place to record progress and workload.

The easy-to-use interface will make my task even more accessible from multiple devices. major advantage would be the systems integration. Asana Mobile Apps are also important for receiving real-time alerts and monitor activities. On working groups on particular applications, the plan and timeline have unique viewpoints. Enable our staff to remain current and at the job if date or range is unclear. This also monitors the daily and weekly activities allocated to me. overall Asana is primarily focus on to monitor all tasks. You could use it conveniently among the members. Asana is best served by assigning duties to the members of staff.
What do you dislike about the product?
The worst part of Asana would be that it continues to deliver notifications from emails every once in a while. Asana may be too complicated for a simple organization which with its too many apps and choices, does not need each one of these features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My organization and my staff can resolve most issues by using asana. We have been using this service to fulfill our Goals and manage the projects & daily task. they have all the integrations and modules to start using their platform. Moreover we can tell ideas in a centralized location that can be great if you have large members staff in your organization. This service lets all our employees interact, becasue as my company has now moved to virtual.

I suggest Asana to focus on the tasks that could be allocated to the project Project Timeline, to be consistently carried out along with specified periods before the complete operational progress and the mentioned objectives are reached.

What do you like best about the product?
Amazing automation, integration, and templates. Easy onboarding and easy to sell the value internally. I not only organize the entire product development team but use it to organize my daily life outside of work. The interface is gorgeous, intuitive, and I see unicorns. What's not to like?! Asana is a company that has fun building an incredible product, and it shows in every corner.

Product management and organization at both high level and weekly tactical levels. It's organized the work of multiple streams of the product dev cycle.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a very complete software, I like it because it is really versatile and a great tool, the interface is very friendly, it is easy to know what I should do, it is perfect for managing tasks, it is very easy to create and edit tasks, I can also add subtasks, it is excellent the tools it provides for monitoring, assigning it to someone, the delivery deadline, notifications and calendars, it is a very good software to help in the organization of a company.

It has no weak points, in my opinion there are no negative aspects of the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is really an intuitive software, I like that you can use it freely as well as the software brings the option of templates for a guided management, that is a great help, you can create rules, I like the complete information that can be added to each task and project, it has important integrations that greatly improve the platform, it has chat and messaging, it is perfect for total monitoring of tasks and it is very nice to see that each issue is reflected in real time.
