Working together to meet the objectives.
What do you like best about the product?
For any organization it is essential to keep its productivity high and to fulfill the objectives set in the time foreseen and this is something in which Asana has stood out. We have liked enormously how this tool has helped us to increase our performance in an organized way, helping us to coordinate our work and tasks in order to offer a quality service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana meets our needs, however, it is a bit superficial and limited, I would like to have customization options for categorization of projects and tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana has helped us strengthen communication and collaboration in our team and boost our work in general, in an organized manner, generating more confidence, speed and greater productivity for the fulfillment of daily tasks within each area where each one works to complete ongoing projects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Asana has been totally useful to optimize the management of our projects, automating the processes that are carried out, and, besides being functional on multiple platforms it is intuitive and easy to use, no doubt you will like having this tool as much as we do.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how seamless and user-friendly Asana is for teams. You can quickly customise your Asana view to make it perfect for your needs - either as a team or as individuals.
What do you dislike about the product?
For the most part, nothing falls under "dislike" but I would love to see a more robust content calendar template!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Asana, our team has improved visibility into the status of projects and we can more easily collaborate on tasks and projects across a remote workforce with members in all parts of the world. As a team, we can quickly identify whether or not a project is at risk of not reaching completion within deadline and address it on-the-fly to ensure things keep moving foward.
Robust tool for keeping projects, collaborations and tasks organized
What do you like best about the product?
I love how customizable Asana is - option to view in Kanban board or lists, drag and drop tasks, subtasks, integrations, easy project updates, etc. Great templates to make a new project plan help reduce the inherent inertia for getting people to use the tool. Excellent messaging feature also - and the free version is more robust than many other tools out there.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is so robust, sometimes it can be overwhelming and can be a project in and of itself to create a new project, add dependencies, due dates, etc, but I don't think that is just Asana - other programs are the same. Organizing projects into teams and marking as a favorite are the only ways to organize projects. I would love to be able to organize projects like a folder/file system - where projects can be organized underneath others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a great platform for complex projects and being able to switch between views (board vs list) and export into excel makes it a great choice no matter how you like to work/manage tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Asana because I can observe who is working and fulfilling their obligations. The monitoring is exceptional to maintain a proper workflow. The excellent support is very important to me because if I have a question they will fix it immediately.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has many icons to link projects together, they are very colorful but I would love the icons to be more personalized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana has served to project a good management of our projects, we work as a team with this software without problems. We have not had to replace or look for multiple task management options because Asana is phenomenal, it has fulfilled our objectives.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend the program because it is very practical. You will be able to observe in great detail the pace of execution of project tasks. You can monitor and feel the ability to supervise your team at every moment.

Asana is the best workflow management tool I have used so far.
What do you like best about the product?
Task management. Clear delineation of overall ownership vs subtasks. Ability to visually group tasks to categories. Communication/notification mechanism and integration with Slack.

Resource management (ability to see/manage workload by individual performer) could be confusing.

I like how user friendly this program is for task management (especially when a task can have multiple people on it).

Not much, I like it overall- a time tracker for projects would be cool

What do you like best about the product?
Asana has so many features that projects can be conveniently created from scratch, or upgradable. The platform shows a high level of simplicity to access current projects and review the tasks closest to deliver.
What do you dislike about the product?
When selecting a project as a favorite, a shortcut to it should appear from the Asana launch bar, but this has not been the case. It is very likely that it is simply a bug in the platform, but it is expected that this is something temporary and can be fixed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Each workspace can be managed in an orderly manner. Sending invitations to the employees that you want to include in the project makes management private. With the software previously used by the company, this was not possible, and therefore there has been a great improvement.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
To make corrections to tasks, it is best to start using Asana. The platform seems to be advisable to protect and privately export the information of the work sections, also including the activity schedule.
