Customizable Design and Integrations, But Steep Learning Curve
What do you like best about the product?
Design is customizable, bright colors and high contrast if needed, and many options for integrating apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is very difficult to get started, and it's not the most user-friendly at first glance. Even with the templates, tutorials, all the videos on trainings, it's not exactly helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives a home that states what projects and tasks everyone is working on and it gives an overview of the workload everyone has.
Easy to Use, But Too Many Features Locked Behind Upgrades

What do you dislike about the product?
many thing reuire ugrade on plan. hard to build rules at times

Flexible Custom Fields, Wishlist = Additional Hierarchy Levels
What do you like best about the product?
Custom fields - greater flexibility into what I want to see, how I want to see it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hierarchy. Much of our work could benefit from an additional layer between a portfolio and a project to reduce how much work happens in subtasks.

Intuitive Task Management with Time-Saving Templates, but Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Asana makes it incredibly easy to organize tasks, track progress, and collaborate across teams. The interface is intuitive, and features like timeline view, custom fields, and task dependencies help us stay aligned on deadlines and priorities. I especially appreciate the ability to create templates for recurring workflows — it saves tons of time
What do you dislike about the product?
While Asana is great for task management, its reporting features could be more robust. For example, pulling cross-project analytics or visualizing workload trends requires some manual effort or third-party integrations. Also, notifications can get overwhelming if not customized properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps us centralize project communication and reduce email clutter. It’s been a game-changer for managing cross-functional initiatives, ensuring everyone knows who’s doing what and by when. It’s also helped improve accountability and transparency across our team.
Efficient Project Management with Easy Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I find Asana to be a potentially fast and efficient tool for tracking deadlines and organizing to-do lists, which is crucial for project and timeline management. While I have only engaged with Asana during training sessions over the past two days, it is apparent that the integration capabilities with Slack, Outlook, and other applications expected to be used in our workflow should enhance efficiency, although I need more practical experience to confirm this. Furthermore, the initial setup of Asana was very straightforward and uncomplicated. So far, we're expecting this to all help contribute to a smooth transition from our previous project management tool, Workfront. The cost efficiency, complemented by certain flexibility features in Asana, makes it an attractive option that I'm looking forward to using more in the future.

I find Asana provides a framework for managing projects, tracking deadlines, and organizing to-do lists efficiently. Its integration with Slack and Outlook adds to its efficiency, and features like flexibility and ease of initial setup have made it simple to get started on for now.
Great for Task Clarity, But Takes Time to Learn
What do you like best about the product?
I liked that Asana helped me as an incoming employee to understand what tasks were needed instead of a messy spreadsheet.
What do you dislike about the product?
It had a bit of a learning curve as I was not used to the UI, and would usually have communication and task features separate, so it took a bit to adjust but I did like it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I previously used Asana in my TEDxUWA role in 2022, and am now considering it for my own company. I like how it keeps everything in one place and streamlined.

Asana: User-Friendly, Customizable, and Great Email Notifications
What do you like best about the product?
As a person who uses it every week, I think that Asana is user-friendly, easy to navigate and gives a lot of options for personalisation. I personally like that I can be notified about some of the tickets on my email.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free or lower‑tier plans are decent, but many features that larger teams or more complex workflows need (custom fields, timelines, dependencies, advanced reporting etc.) are locked behind paid plans that can get expensive. As simply a user who works on tickets created by my managers, I have no issues navigating everything. However, from my experience Asana has a lot of features, views, settings, automation, etc that can get unexperienced users overwhelmed: setting things up properly (projects, templates, workflows) takes time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Whenever I work on more than one task is super handy to keep trach on everything there.
A Versatile Tool for Multi-Brand Collaboration and Public Sector Workflows
What do you like best about the product?
Asana’s workspace-per-company setup makes it easy to manage multiple brands like UDARKIE, VATII, and Clowdy. The ability to define custom workflows, assign roles, and track progress across fashion design cycles, AWS projects, and media production is incredibly powerful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile experience can feel limited compared to desktop, especially when managing complex projects with many subtasks. Also, reporting features could be more customizable for creative industries.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps me manage complex, multi-brand operations across fashion (UDARKIE), cloud solutions (Clowdy), and logistics (VATII). It solves the problem of fragmented communication and task tracking by centralizing workflows, enabling clear ownership, and aligning teams across departments. This has significantly improved delivery timelines, campaign coordination, and client onboarding processes.

What do you dislike about the product?
File storage is missing like compile file at one place
