Good project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Variety of features enables project management at scale. Ability to assign multiple people to a task. Good GSuite integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of GANTT chart view (using Instagantt for that). Integration to Confluence / Jira could be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me manage project at micro and macro levels. Enables me to identify and visualize interdependencies.
Intermediate tool
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to learn; it's simplicity, speed and animations present in the software. I think it's better than Trello, for example. In my experience, the speed and visual was the things I liked the most.
What do you dislike about the product?
It didn't have as many functionalities as I wanted. I didn't have the autonomy to customize fields, looks, rules and automations as I would like. Today Clickup provides all these features that I need. That's why I changed the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The need to plan tasks and projects using deadlines and responsible people.
Love the UI, team is super happy to be able to efficiently track things on Asana

Great UI, customisations that enable us to build good boards for all the departments and projects we work on.

No docs - no place to document text, notes, observations.

The UI is amazing, it really looks great and is nice to use

It became a bit too costly for us to use when we wanted to add more people

A Good Program but Need Time to Manage
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a helpful tool that keeps a team on track. I used it for a marketing team of 4 people. We were able to integrate form requests that would populate tasks. Being able to send emails as tasks was also extremely useful. I liked that it kept all of the details from the email in the to-dos.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of this program is that you really need to make sure someone is managing the program. Setting it up to use effectively can take a while. It could be someone's full-time job managing the lists.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is holding team members accountable and keeping track of all of the projects that are coming. It also gives a good snapshot of all the tasks and projects that have been completed for a company.

the one thing which i dont like from this application is we cannot se the status of the employees who is online and offline so please give an update so that it will be easy to track

its a great tool to manage your entire life
What do you like best about the product?
The design is beautiful, and the interface is intuitive and straightforward. Has a lot of valuable features, and the templates are just great; it helps you get started in a plug-and-play way
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not have a native time-tracking feature, and sometimes integrations stop working or repeatedly ask for permissions as actualizations are released, which is often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Management, teamwork, workload, organization, event organization, life organization, planning, free and personal time planning. It benefits me by helping me save time, stay focused and organized and get things done.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use Asana, it's minimal and user-friendly, but it fades away when it comes to being more productive in project management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana is missing the future planning for the team. You can't use future plans of action like the Gantt view or Workload management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not sure at this stage. But we would like to know more about it. Especially it's requires to update their customer service and support.
Asana is a decent free project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Love the list layout. Easy to assign and notify coworkers.

Finished tasks don't go away so projects get easily cluttered.

We have a team of 10, so it makes it easier to communicate and work together as product and marketing teams.
