What do you like best about the product?
That you can categorize tasks by progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
That you can't add all projects to the same calendar in an easy way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My job is very task and detail-oriented. Asana makes it easy to keep track of what I need to do in a day and allows me to physically cross off tasks I've finished.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Awesome for detail-oriented jobs!

I like how easy it is to assign and track tasks and projects
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could assign tasks to teams and they can all see it and divvy it up themselves

I have realized that I can save so much communication time simply by using Asana
Don't use full functionality - lots of options

It is a great program for working across teams and with a variety of folks.

It's not the most user friend - feel like we should have more training for it

There was a version that would crash but once I got an update it worked just fine.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like about Asana is the level of detail you can include in your project tracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
With that level of detail, it can be confusing and some team members learn faster than others on how to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team has been able to streamline event planning and large projects like website launches and brand roll out.
Good way to keep projects organized
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to quickly assign due dates and assign tasks to different team members. I also find it to be a pretty user friendly platform
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some things that seem overly complicated in the UX design- like moving tasks to other sections, or rearranging sections within a project. But the cons are pretty minimal
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s been incredibly useful and important for organizing project management across teams and departments. It was instrumental in a complete revamp of our customer communications.
Completing Daily Task with Asana
What do you like best about the product?
What is most helpful with Asana is that it allows me to brain dump ideas and schedule daily task that I can check off once they have been completed. The upside to Asana is that I get reminders as to when task are due which is a great help for me with having such a busy schedule each day.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Asana is that it wasn't aware of it years ago which would have helped me develop better habits in creating task and timelines with my workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since working with Asana, I have been able to automate some of my tasks that are reccurring each year. It reminds me that they are due with the help of the integration with my email account. This is a very helpful benefit as I don't have to constantly schedule the same task each your. If anything I will just need to update the dates in which they are due to reflect the actual calendar date.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For anyone looking into using Asana, I would highly recommend it. Determine what it is that you are looking to achieve in your daily task, workflow, project management and cross collaboration amongst your team or colleagues. I'm pretty sure that Asana will match up to your needs.
Overall, asana is a clean and simple tool for team-based project management

I find the interface and navigation easy to use in asana.

It's sometimes difficult to look back at old projects, and asana isn't great for file-sharing or file-transferring between teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana has been great to get images and designs approved by my project managers and art directors. It's a great way to get multiple eyes on your project across your team.

Asana is a great and mostly free tool to use for your visual teams!

With the right training and guidance, Asana is a project manager and traffic specialist all in one.

Requires the same learning and experience team-wide.

Workflow has been streamlined to make projects seamless in production.
Great for managing tasks
What do you like best about the product?
Asana has a clean design, is easy to use and is helpful in managing tasks across a team of people.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be hard to build the habit. As someone who uses lots of online systems for managing social media and analytics, sometimes Asana feels like just another system to check. It would be helpful if it was an online application that would start upon login to my computer, adding alerts to a side-kick type thing.

Managing tasks and projects. Coordinating projects across a team.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's an easy web-based application, but makes the most sense if it's required for ALL employees. We run in to the issue that not everyone has adapted it at the same level which makes accountability an issue.
