Powerful and Beautifully Designed
What do you like best about the product?
Even the free version of Asana is beautifully designed and flexible. Depending on the project, I'm able to use cards or lists to organize my work. My team switched from Trello because of Asana's flexibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because I use Asana to organize personal and freelance projects in addition to my life at work, there isn't an easy way to separate those out without having separate accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Asana to coordinate my content marketing team's workflow from conception to publishing. Beyond that team, I use Asana to track all of my projects at work.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Getting buy in from your team is key to successfully implementing Asana (or any new software, for that matter). I hosted a training session for my team when we launched, complete with sample workflows that my team could copy to make their own.

I like that you can see the hierarchy of all employees in order to ensure cross communications is clear.

That the convo expires after a certain amount of days

What do you like best about the product?
Asana has a very intuitive user platform. It is a great project management tool that organizes tasks, projects and also team collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the layout and functions on the dashboard can become a bit more clean.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team collaboration. I think this is an excellent tool to keep key internal stakeholders on track when working on a project.

No major downsides, can be really helpful. Have found that the support features can sometimes be lacking.

Asana is a great task management platform
What do you like best about the product?
Easy organization of my to-do list into projects tasks, and sub-tasks.

I wish it was easier to export things from Asana into a spreadsheet or google drive.

Managing my workload, keep track of ideas and future projects in an organized way, the satisfaction of checking off tasks on my to-do list!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It really only works for sharing and assigning projects if everyone on your team uses it. I recommend using it for personal task management, but if your whole team uses it then it works great for keeping track of who's working on what.

Delegation Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Asana was intimidating at first, but once you understand the purpose behind the delegation, and how to communicate within the program, it's easy (as long as people are checking their notifications). I enjoy that it's a virtual check list, and as long as you have a good understanding of how you want to categorize your products and tasks, you will be able to use Asana to help keep yourself and your team on track. I do really like that it allows commenting within the tasks -- and that you can upload images/docs to the applicable task. It's nice that Asana also provides a spectrum -- people who want to use it for simple tasks can do so, whereas others who want to go into deeper project management can do so as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that some features seem inconsistent. I liken this thought to how Apple is fluid in its interface -- whereas Asana is a little bit of a headache to click through everything, in order to make a clean desktop. Once you understand what all the features are, the interface seems less daunting -- so it may just be a learning curve matter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana allows my team to communicate quickly, as opposed to communicating via email and text and slack etcetc. Having an all-in-one communication station keeps us on task. The benefits of having a check list that everyone can keep others accountable on makes for a streamlined work environment.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Learn the program before jumping into it. Organize the desktop area and make sure your team is on the same page before implementing anything.

What do you like best about the product?
What I really like about Asana is an application with good functions, I can design my projects very well, I like it because it allows me to track my project activities, I like it a lot too because it allows me to be in contact with my colleagues, It allows me to assign tasks, due dates and organize myself very smoothly, safely and reliably.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana is a tool that has met my expectations, it is for me a perfect tool to carry out projects is very organized and its functions have not provided me with any difficulty, therefore I have no negative comments.

Thanks to Asana, it has allowed me to carry out projects in a very comfortable, organized and short time. It has good characteristics and functionalities compared to other competitors.

If you are looking to manage projects quickly, safely, reliably, well organized and feel satisfied by the time spent, Asana is the ideal for you, since it gives you all the features mentioned above and many more functions easily since It has a very simple interface for both computer and mobile devices.

I like it because I can be ordered and write my homework in the day, week and month.
I can assign tasks to my classmates and set a deadline.
It also allows me to place subcategories and color classification.
It is very practical to handle and the free version is great.
