Useful for organising and prioritising tasks
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a really great tool. It is useful for creating task lists to track to-do's for the day, as well as creating larger project boards where you can store information and collaborate across the team. Asana has a nice UI and the use of colours works really well to help differentiate between projects, users and tasks. It is also really customisable so you can create your own view of what works well for your business and individual workload.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to dislike about Asana due to how effective and efficient it is. The only thing to mention about a downside could potentially be a cleaner view of your personal tasks as they tend to fall into either 'recently assigned or have a due date e.g. today/later whereas it would be helpful to just have a general task list with no subheading.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana has brought great productivity benefits to us because we can manage tasks and assign them out. Planning projects is much easier through the use of Asana as we have a central place to record progress and workload.

What do you like best about the product?
The easy-to-use interface will make my task even more accessible from multiple devices. major advantage would be the systems integration. Asana Mobile Apps are also important for receiving real-time alerts and monitor activities. On working groups on particular applications, the plan and timeline have unique viewpoints. Enable our staff to remain current and at the job if date or range is unclear. This also monitors the daily and weekly activities allocated to me. overall Asana is primarily focus on to monitor all tasks. You could use it conveniently among the members. Asana is best served by assigning duties to the members of staff.
What do you dislike about the product?
The worst part of Asana would be that it continues to deliver notifications from emails every once in a while. Asana may be too complicated for a simple organization which with its too many apps and choices, does not need each one of these features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My organization and my staff can resolve most issues by using asana. We have been using this service to fulfill our Goals and manage the projects & daily task. they have all the integrations and modules to start using their platform. Moreover we can tell ideas in a centralized location that can be great if you have large members staff in your organization. This service lets all our employees interact, becasue as my company has now moved to virtual.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I suggest Asana to focus on the tasks that could be allocated to the project Project Timeline, to be consistently carried out along with specified periods before the complete operational progress and the mentioned objectives are reached.

What do you like best about the product?
Amazing automation, integration, and templates. Easy onboarding and easy to sell the value internally. I not only organize the entire product development team but use it to organize my daily life outside of work. The interface is gorgeous, intuitive, and I see unicorns. What's not to like?! Asana is a company that has fun building an incredible product, and it shows in every corner.

I don't dislike anything Asana makes. I support this company's mission and values.

Product management and organization at both high level and weekly tactical levels. It's organized the work of multiple streams of the product dev cycle.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a very complete software, I like it because it is really versatile and a great tool, the interface is very friendly, it is easy to know what I should do, it is perfect for managing tasks, it is very easy to create and edit tasks, I can also add subtasks, it is excellent the tools it provides for monitoring, assigning it to someone, the delivery deadline, notifications and calendars, it is a very good software to help in the organization of a company.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has no weak points, in my opinion there are no negative aspects of the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is really an intuitive software, I like that you can use it freely as well as the software brings the option of templates for a guided management, that is a great help, you can create rules, I like the complete information that can be added to each task and project, it has important integrations that greatly improve the platform, it has chat and messaging, it is perfect for total monitoring of tasks and it is very nice to see that each issue is reflected in real time.

This software is very complete, I totally recommend it.

It is a very useful and charming tool, I like it because in the first place it is easy to use, it is really comfortable and very intuitive, the interface has an excellent presentation, it is perfect for creating projects and tasks in an organized way in time and progress, I like it that the software gives you options that cover everything, from the progress to the task deadline, it can be group or individual, I like it because there is a complete follow-up, plus notifications, task status, I can create rules, the mobile application it's really great.

There were no negative details during its use, nothing that stands out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It seems to me that the view of the status of the tasks is perfect and totally intuitive to be able to keep everything in order and that nothing is overlooked, I loved that it has many integrations such as google, outlook, zoom, vimeo and many more, which complement the effectiveness of the software, I love the notification system really.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Asana, its features fit what we were needing to manage group projects more efficiently. It is impressive how easy it is to break down projects, classify and assign tasks and never lose sight of the progress of the projects under management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana, functionally fits our needs, however there are details that could be improved, for example: the user interface could be more intuitive and workspaces more customizable by users.

Asana brings us multiple benefits from its exceptional performance when it comes to managing projects and constantly tracking their progress. It generates to all work teams an environment loaded with extremely useful tools to simplify everything related to project management, distribution and fulfillment of tasks to keep productivity high.

It works properly, it is a software that I would definitely recommend, it has many functions to manage projects efficiently, it is easy to use and its price is excellent.
Love Asana for project management
What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can put all your project tasks and they are easily organized in different views which saves a lot of time (list, kanban, gant, calendar). I also love collaborating with my team directly in Asana about specific tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could save the gant view of the project timeline to a PDF to easily share with clients (instead of needing to add them to the software).

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is good platform for managing the projects and easy to track the tasks. It's user-friendly to use it and not much training is need to understand the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have not found any downsides with Asana Platform.

To Track the Task or Complete Project and Assign the Tasks and add the comments in Tasks and overall it helps us to monitor the end to end project.

What I like the most is that it is very easy to learn, I like that it gives you a complete follow-up of each task and project, I really like the interface, it is very friendly and easy to navigate, I find the way to be very practical and comfortable. assign tasks, you can prioritize tasks within projects and the best thing is that it is easy to configure and edit.

There is nothing about this software that I dislike, I like everything, it is excellent.

I like that it helps you to simplify everything, it is very useful to keep the team always organized, I like the notification system is key at all times, I like that I can also share files easily, it has integrations with gmail, office and pdf, it is very complete.
