Not a day goes by where I don't use Asana
What do you like best about the product?
How user-friendly it is and the UI. I also love the celebration that happens when you "complete a task." :)

Absolutely nothing-it is easy to use and keeps me organized

Software that helps to manage tasks with different groups and time schedules.
Especially according to the Agile approach of task management, when sprint takes place once per week or 2 weeks for sprint before a new release.
Software not only helps to share files, but it also allows splitting my knowledge between friends and colleagues.

ASANA Most Simple work management
What do you like best about the product?
Its the simplest project management software. Its team management is the best of its kind. It's very helpful for business teams. Also, its intuitive design and gamification keep it more engaging.
Its internal communication feature is great.
I use it all the time for my personal project.

Communication is poor with external users. The learning curve some time seems high due to its vast features.
Too much notification through its configurable. And the cost is very high.

The best easy to use project management software. If you are a student or work remotely. You can use it for your personal project.
And as a team leader, you can use to manage, track and organize your works.

Boards make life easier
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Asana is the different boards we have created as a company. We have created boards that separate training for new hires, sales processes, marketing collaboration and more. The way the boards are set up gives everyone insight and a step by step look at what the process is to complete it.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the beginning we were not as organized and boards were total chaos. My recommendation is to update these boards often and add to them and take things away that are not relevant anymore. This is not a problem with Asana but with the team ensuring that everything is up to date and organized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are keeping teams connected and giving new employees a roadmap to success. We are also using it to collaborate on new ideas to move the company forward. We are using it from a marketing perspective to understand where we are currently focused and what shifts we can make. Also from a sales team side to work on the perfect pitch.

What do you like best about the product?
This application can not be said to be perfect, or even good. It depends on the needs you have. There are much more complete tools than this. However, they may be too complex for your operation to be effective. Others will be too simple and will leave some of your requirements hanging.
My tasks, on this screen you will see the tasks that have been assigned to you. It is a system of organization of your work. The work area is divided into four sections.
Inbox, here you have available all the communications you receive. Both those related to conversations, as the comments of users in tasks, or shared files. To warn you that there is a new communication, the system indicates it with an orange dot just above this access.
Dashboard, in the dashboard you can see the progress of the projects you have in progress. This is a summary report on the status of up to three projects in the free version. Clicking on these reports redirects you to the "Progress" section of the project in question.

My assessment of Asana is, within these limitations that I have told you about, a great tool. The fact that your company is small, with few workers and with simple projects to organize, does not mean that you should dispense with correct management. In this case I recommend you try Asana.

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity and functionality. I love that you can organize by board style and view what you need to in a calendar style as well. This has helped our team's communication immensely. We used to not know when something was being delivered, what stage in the creative process it was, and now we can see when it's our "turn" to do something because it's in the correct column. I could go on and on. (Tags, having one task be on multiple boards)

Nothing. I have nothing I dislike about Asana.

Marketing creative problems, we communicate our tasks and we bring a lot of projects to life with Asana.

What do you like best about the product?
Convenient task transformation as well as strategic planning and Gantt Chart process enables users to see your assignment as well as a work plan.

This is really a wonderful tool that the several, numerous businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I utilize Asana will discover even more about responsibilities for the project team including our project plan. I have used Asana to monitor all outward form of our various work items.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is great for calendar-based planning, communication, and document sharing. I use the integration with OneDrive for secure cloud-based reviews of content with the team daily. The custom fields and tags help make sure we get the information that is most important to us, instead of trying to fit into a template. They make completing and liking tasks a rewarding experience with animations and colors, small thing but definitely nice to fit into a busy day.
What do you dislike about the product?
By far, the feature I would really wish to improve would be the ability to share a calendar view in a visually-pleasing way for teams that are not operating in Asana directly. A PDF or PowerPoint ability, with a view that looks at Quarters and Years at a whole, would be extremely helpful. Right now, we have to look at that information in separate, manual reports created by interns. The second thing I would wish for is a dedicated account manager to help us address concerns and make strategic suggestions for how we utilize the platform - maybe that is only available at a higher license level than what we use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Asana to effectively plan and execute our marketing content calendar, and conduct content reviews. We realize the benefit of staying organized and being able to clearly show how much work is being done, and for which initiatives/products.

Some of the aspects of Asana that I believe are the best include:
-Ease of task making and management
-Gantt Chart feature helps you visual you task or project timeline (with dates and assisgnments to team members)
-Email task integration allows you to send emails to Asana and turn them into tasks

There really isn't much that I dislike about Asana. It's a great platform that is used my many, many companies - large and small.

Asana benefits include organization, efficiency and accountability.
