Simple tool for keeping track of tasks and to do lists
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use design and interface that allows for the creation of multiple running tasks with subset options and the satisfaction of checking them off.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the larger scale between organization task management can be annoying to deal with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of tasks I have agreed to do has been much easier using this app.

It’s really easy to use and has some good features for actually creating tasks with multiple steps.

What do you like best about the product?
Flexible, fast, and modern design. Capable free version. Feature-rich. New Timeline view makes it easier to manage dependencies. t's so easy to setup a project and add in tasks when in a rush. It's extremely easy to invite people to join your organisation and being able to have up to 15 for free is amazing. I find the option of being able to view tasks in both a list and board view very useful. Asana is a very capable project coordination platform. It's very easily customized to fit my individual workflow, and extremely intuitive. I share access with some of my clients to allow them to create, edit and update tasks. I love the way this tool weans stakeholders from the jungle of email. The interface is clean simple and fluid. There is no waiting or load time on any pages, which I consider a very important requirement in any software, especially a task management software.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were a mid-level pricing tier for entrepreneurs to take advantage of some of the pro-level features, but not have to commit to the fairly pricy upgrade. Don't get me wrong, it's probably very worth it to upgrade, but I'd rather be able to choose the features that would benefit me at a reduced price rather than buy the upgrade for one or two I really want. No good solution from time tracking. No good hierarchy option for organizing tasks. Its not built with every day tasks in mind, its more focused on projects. but its simple interface makes it easily usable for any tasks you need. Chat is near real time, but not real-time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us manage workflow, organize tasks, and delegate tasks. I use it mostly for delegating. As a one-man agency, I've been able to take on much more work using Asana than if I'd tried to manage everything the old way. Before I used Asana, I tried to manage projects, service and other communications via email, labels, etc., but there's just no comparison. If you make the transition to Asana, you'll be a better coordinator, project manager, business person, etc. You won't be able to help it.

I like setting up workflow, notifications, task deadline organization by date and the ability to loop in team members automatically to projects with full historical conversation and work thread.

I wish there was more ways to creatively display project timeline progress in a chart view.

the ; limited usability in the free version, inability to use the calendar, etc. also it should have the ability to have some sort of time tracker or screenshot monitor for use by remote employees in order to keep track of the work that is being completed and how it is being completed

we have solved the problem of keeping a running to-do list and assigning tasks to individuals as well as being able to see the breakdown of the workload for different team members.

I like it because it has good functions for task management, it is very simple and easy to use because it has a very organized interface, I like it because it allows me to create folders to have everything well managed, I like that I can easily invite my coworkers to projects, I like that I can track my projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently I do not have any disgust since it is a complete tool for both computer and mobile devices, allowing me to perform a lot of functions and managements exponentially.

This application has allowed me to have a good organization within my field of work, providing me with good experiences and good connectivity between my co-workers with the project management.

Asana is a really nice platform that will help you get excellent results since it is very complete, organized, easy to use and safe. It is not necessary to be an expert for the use of this application since it is very intuitive, it has excellent functions to manage your projects.

Team task management when there are followers and task can be assigned and time can be scheduled.

I receive too many emails, almost everyday which bothers me. The frequency of emails should be controlled.

The benefit is you can assign a task to anyone in your team/network and keep a record for it

What do you like best about the product?
I liked the user interface provided. I found the simplicity of the design to be helpful and manageable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't like that you could pick a project in list form or in board from but you can't go back and forth on these designs. It was frustrating creating a project as a list then realizing later that a board might be more appropriate and having no way to toggle this other than a complete redo of the work entered.

The simple gantt chart makes project management calls much easier and the task accountability features made my life much easier.

I like it because it is a software that is based on dashboards where projects and activities can be sorted, it is easy to configure and add tasks, it also allows me to distribute and assign tasks to my team very easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be able to enjoy the most advanced features offered by Asana, you must use the paid version, since the free version has more basic functions.

I use it to manage the ideas that I have, in addition this online software has facilitated the communication between my work team, it helps us to be more productive and to be able to perform the tasks in the planned time.
