Makes life more organized
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to track changes on email creatives.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can become confusing or overwhelming if you land on the main page, it takes some time to find exactly what you are looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to keep track of our changes in emails. Before Asana, the only way to track changes was going back on emails or looking at the previous PDF versions, that became frustrating fast! Now, anyone on the team can be brought to speed with a single thread of history.
Great way to keep everyone together and in the know.
What do you like best about the product?
Overall, Asana is a pretty simple, yet through, platform to use. It can manage a lot of details and provides a lot of flexibility for unique projects, applications, or workflows. It integrates with other platforms easily through Zapier. The learning curve is pretty flat which is great for onboarding new people. Viewing PDFs and Office docs works well. Interacting with Google docs is way, way better!
What do you dislike about the product?
I love being able to edit work on Google docs right in asana. I would love the same capability for Pages, Numbers, and Keynote as well as the archaic but still dominant Office documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's very easy to find answers to questions, assign and track work, and keep the business moving.
Good Software, Lots of Extra Features I Don't Use
What do you like best about the product?
I like the list feature and being able to assign other team members to tasks with deadlines. I also like being able to add sub-tasks and dependancies as well as uploading documents from various sources, such as directly from my computer, Google Drive or Dropbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the templates were easier to use so that I could have a repeat task option available instead of having to copy an old task to create a new task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our teamwork and communication is much improved because we can keep all of our moving parts in one place. We drop far fewer balls with Asana in place.
Improved Focus and Productivity
What do you like best about the product?
Asana helps me easily track all moving pieces of multiple projects I'm simultaneously working on. Instead of having multiple chicken scratches and to-do lists in a notebook, I can store everything digitally in Asana!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was easier to convert "sections" into separate projects. Also having a secondary project/task owner under primary would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management and task ownership. Asana helps our team with accountability and prioritization of tasks and projects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Create some guidelines for etiquette around using Asana for your team to ensure everyone is in alignment and understands what the various labels and categories are intended for.
A perfect tool to manage what you want
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a work software that I like because of its simple interface, allows you to sort and classify projects on well structured boards, and I like that you can assign tasks to team members and see how the results are going.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that this software is based on the web and you can only see the boards with internet connection to work them, in addition there is no free option of the system, but you need to pay to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am satisfied to use Asana because it has allowed me to control the development of the projects that we carry out daily in the company, I also have the possibility to visualize the tasks that I assign to my colleagues and we can work collaboratively to achieve the objectives.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Asana is a system on the web that I recommend for its quality of service and for the functions it offers that allow to keep managed the projects, tasks and activities that need to be performed both in a company and can also be used for personal use.
Project management made easy
What do you like best about the product?
I like the visibility the rest of the team has onto projects you mark that way but also you can keep a running task list for yourself privately.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like there are a couple categories missing. Maybe a reminder Type thing would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting our team organized and on the same track has been priority number one that Asana has been a big helper in.

Best for small scale project's communication
What do you like best about the product?
It that we can add assignees, attachments and tasks.in that email automatically update to email.we can add create custom calendar and views.we can add tasks and followers.see team members task and priorities and we can set goals, priorities and due dates.we can add comments in task. Create ghantt chart for task and track the task.
What do you dislike about the product?
In that not possible for big sacle of projects. We can not assign different user for same task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using that I handled small scale of project.set due date assign tasks also and track records.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is easy to learn and the best tool to keep track of our projects and tasks. It also allows us to manage multiple projects at one time and even to customize them according to their features. It is a great for clarity and cross team communication such as if someone has been tagged on a certain task for their review, they can check it out and leave comments. The team collaboration has been effectively improved from this tool as all of the people are aware of what is going on and what needs to be done.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not very well implemented with Gmail or Outlook. The technical support is sometimes slow. There is no option to comment on the file in the app but one has to download, comment and then reupload it. The notifications can become overwhelming to the point that I have to turn them off and rely on Asana inbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is being used by almost everyone in our team as it helps us to keep track of the tasks and things to do. Our work ratio has improved remarkably since we all try our best to turn our work in within the set due date. I would recommend it to all the people who are assigned with tons of tasks as it makes sure by reminding you to get it done and be in the good graces of your organization.
The best project Management tool
What do you like best about the product?
I would say, File Sharing, Task Management,Time Tracking And ASANA it self. Because it has everything that which We would need as project / product Manager.

I didn't find anything yet. And it has nothing actully.

I was using Asana as Project Manager, So who can understand it better than me how ASANAis important for me.
I have handled multiple projects with team and ASANA was everything for me, before I go to board room about project progress discussion i used to take a look at Asana and getting all the reports which i wanted.

Easily manage work for your entire team with Asana.
What do you like best about the product?
It helps to maintain an excellent workflow, streamlines the process to execute projects in a certain time. It allows organizing and assigning tasks to team members to carry out a project in progress. You can track the activities assigned to each member to know that management works on the fly without delays or inconvenience.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free version could be a little more complete so that other people or companies feel more motivated to implement it by seeing all the features you can count on, and thus be able to buy the full version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the organization we use Asana in all departments, because it is a tool that through it we can manage the entire project, that is, it is responsible for assigning the activities to each member of our team so they can keep a project going, and in turn we can monitor how each member is working in terms of their assigned activities. It is a tool that plays a relevant and fundamental role in our organization, since it helps expedite the process to take out the project in the planned time. We keep a constant follow-up so that all projects are executed and not forgotten as new priorities emerge.

It is a tool that has fundamental aspects for companies, with it you can manage all your activities, assigning to each member what they must do to work on an ongoing project. At the same time it allows you to make a follow-up to know if the members are fulfilling their assigned activities. This tool takes care of all future project management and allows the project to exit in the estimated time. It is a tool that can be used comfortably from mobile devices and not just office, this means that you can use it from anywhere without the need for a desktop computer.
