I love Asana
What do you like best about the product?
Asana has helped me quickly visualize what projects are due.

It takes a while to understand the intricacies of Asana.

It helps me stay on track with due dates and organize my projects by status.

What do you like best about the product?
LOVE Asana!! I'm a virtual assistant and my boss and I use Asana to Asana to track/communicate tasks/projects. What I love about Asana is that it can be as simple or complex as you want it to be. From tracking simple straight-forward tasks to full projects with multiple tasks/subtasks. I love how you can access Asana from the mobile app as well as the desktop!! I also love the email reminders!!
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there is really nothing I dislike about Asana. We are only using the free version. So far the free version has not been limiting for us at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to Asana my boss and I would communicate about projects/tasks via facebook messenger. Often we had many conversations going about different projects and it could get messy figuring out what was what. With Asana you can comment directly on individual tasks or projects!! This feature alone has helped us!!

There are no downsides bugs and errors in Asana there is nothing least helpful about using Asana it helps allot in managing projects and largest tasks

Asana impacted my work in a positive way solving my largest tasks and helping me managing projects it has all the good qualities works faster safer highly reliable

I strongly recommend business owners and office workers to use Asana for tasks and project management it will help them solve their issues save them allot of time

What do you like best about the product?
The user friendliness of the product. The adaptability of the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Adding columns is not so easy. If other teams aren’t using it, cross functionally it can be challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration with cross functional teams is easy with asana as long as people on each team use it. It holds people accountable for due dates.

What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive interface. Great project templating. Multiple types of interfaces. Ability to assign tasks from outlook. Infinite customizability with adding fields and connecting projects and tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
No chat feature outside of projects. Inability to have some employees to have different features than others to mitigate costs by usage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have used it for managing all of our projects, scheduling regular tasks, housing our SOPs and as a historical record of changes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get buy in from everyone. Make it known that you are charged by account every month whether people use it or not.

What do you like best about the product?
Most helpful about Asana is that you can have projects with numerous to-do lists within them, additionally task items can be personalized with various things i.e 'due dates, sharing options and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful to have a feature to bring all the urgent tasks from different projects to one master list but honestly I've used Asana for 2 years and don't have complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana has reduced the amount of paper I need for to-do lists and projects. I always thought paper was the best way for me to organize tasks in a way that made sense to me but the many options that Asana provides has allowed me to transfer to a digital format for keeping organized.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you've tried other organizing technology and felt frustrated with the format or lack of options, give Asana a try; I was very surprised by how quickly it replaced all of my other methods of organizing for my personal life and professional projects.

What do you like best about the product?
Task assignment ease, sharing attachments, and having a full overview of your to-dos- daily, or upcoming.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be nice to have multi-person tasking - be it two team-members share the same task and are working together.

Keeping team on track to complete projects and to keep organized with ever evolving plans and timelines.

What do you like best about the product?
I am a personal assistant to a very busy pool construction business owner. It's hard to keep him on task and have him remember everything. He's also very old school, still uses little notebooks to write in for his notes. So my job is to not only keep on task but to keep reminding him of all the things he has yet to do, follow-up on, make sure he shows up to his appointments on time, etc. Asana is the best way to keep my life organized so that I can help him be organized. Assigning him tasks has been great so he can just go through them one at a time and it let's me know what he's done. It's wonderful!
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I like all the features Asana offers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping our schedules and tasks organized has been great especially with the notifications that help remind me and my boss what is needed to be done. It saves us time and it's great for our business model to be able to keep everything we need in one place. It keeps customers happy when we remember what we have to do.
