Effective for tracking to-do with other team members
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to leave detailed notes, sub-notes. Ability to assign and re-assign to various team members. Ability to have multiple dashboards as i use for more than one company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's a little awkward for me to get around and locate where to delete tasks, archive tasks, etc. Some of the different screen views get a little confusing at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to track open items with another person.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I believe it is a very useful tool especially in the new COVID-19 remote working world.
My favorite project management system
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Asana since 2013 and there have been so many improvements including mobile. The UX is fun and the IA is always getting better. Can't say enough good things.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not the best on an iPad but perhaps my os is out of date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping organized is the biggest problem we've solved just in a few months. Getting your supervisor on board is one of the best ways to do this.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's one of the best tools out there for accountability and reporting your progress to your team and supervisors.

What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity of the platform , also have a option to export project work

User interface can be improved, time tracking feature is equired

When team size is small Asana is the great solution
All-in-one task manager and project oraganizer
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to not only manage tasks but also contain threads of conversations to tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI for subtask details can be hidden. I offer a suggestion to expand and contract/hide them more easily, perhaps just the description field, with a character limitation of course, and then a go-to-task button to see the rest including comments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management and scheduling priority. The Inbox and My Tasks gives a good overview of load and timeline requirement as it aggregates with other projects, keeping in mind other workspaces (clients).
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a good option over a few task managers if you don’t want to create separate SaaS account for communication, e.g. Slack.
Great Onboarding Visuals
What do you like best about the product?
This software allows us to see a board of all our incoming employees for both on and off boarding

Some of the features take some getting use to, learning curve, and just in general finding out how we can utilize its capabilities
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can now assign tasks to pertaining 3rd parties and make sure each step is followed up on
a web based to-do list!
What do you like best about the product?
Asana serves as a to-do list for our company. We use it to keep track of all the different tasks that need to be done for specific projects and assign each to-do to somebody with a due date. For this purpose, Asana is super easy to use and serves us greatly. It keeps to-dos out of email where they can be easily lost and helps to organize and prioritize different tasks. There is a free version that is available which still lets you use the software to a workable extent. It is not necessary to have the premium version.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lacks some features available in other project management software as it is more of a collaborative to-do list.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of to-dos outside of email.

Definitely use this software as it is great for collaborative to-do lists and it has a free version.
Platform for project management
What do you like best about the product?
Many companies need tools that help with the management of individual or collective projects, this platform is necessary as it is very easy to use and intuitive. The best thing about Asana is that we can manage all our tasks and projects and at the same time we can review their completion. Likewise, we can review each completed process of each project and verify that the established deadlines are being met. With Asana, we can manage and have complete control of all the projects and also all the team members involved in each assignment.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like about this tool is the visualization of some sub-assigned tasks; the boxes are not very visible, which makes it a bit difficult to understand, but it works well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana provides us with the ability to better control the assignments made to the teams that are part of the company, as well as the departments and the people in each team and department. We can also verify the compliance and personal and individual performance of each one. This tool is essential for achieving group and business objectives. It is worth noting that Asana is a fully functional tool and the results obtained are of a high level.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There are many reasons why I recommend this platform. Low price, it allows saving money since we have a great tool for control and management. Excellent results, depending on how we use this platform, the results are the best. Professional and attentive technical support. Without a doubt, a great user experience, enriching and very satisfying. User-friendly platform for everyone. In general, I recommend it to everyone.
A Great Task Manager
What do you like best about the product?
I love how quick and easy it is to create . task and to assign it with a colleague. even adding subtasks isa breeze
What do you dislike about the product?
the only bugbear i have is only being able to assign the task to a single person.

Managing several teams in multi-locations and countries keeping on track of our tasks and projects

if you want an easy to use multidevice solution asana has to be in your top 2 or 3
Great for content organization
What do you like best about the product?
I love how you can easily organize dates, tasks and comments between everyone on your team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Premium does block out a lot of things, however even with it there is room for improvement on customization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team organization, assigning team members specific tasks, and following up on the training in the content section.
