Excellent software to organize your tasks and projects in a simple and efficient way.
What do you like best about the product?
The software has a well polished user interface, allows the creation of tasks, monitor the progress of a running task in order to have an overview of the progress of an activity either developed by a colleague or a complete team. The communication system you have is really powerful and easy to use, which helps you to maintain a continuous exchange of ideas between team members with functionalities such as in-project feedback or real time notifications. I consider that the above points substantially improve the performance of this tool both in the productivity of your work and also in a constant collaborative development that is so important for any team.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not many things to say in terms of poor performance of this software, due to the good development and attention to detail that is noticed when using it, said this can still be pointed out certain weaknesses that it has, one of them is that its mobile application feels a little slow when having a high amount of data to process so the application can stop suddenly or crash completely. I feel that this is a point that has to be improved since the number of users who work from their smartphones is huge and having a mobile application that works wonderfully can increase productivity to a greater number of customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use asana for the management of personal projects outside of my work, use the free version for six months without any problem, it help me to keep in an organized way the development of my work, making sure to assign precise tasks at each stage of the project keeping me focused on the goals set. Now i have the paid plan and no matter how complex a project can become asana can make it work, it assures me to organize all my tasks in the best way by giving me the ability to have all my work on one platform without the need for constant additions of external apps.

Asana is a tool known worldwide for its great performance in project management by quickly, organized and modernly delivering a great way to organize your work like no other tool, no matter what you want to manage personal projects small ones or if your department of your company needs a tool robust enough for the workflow it has, this software will adapt to your needs without any problem, with a wide variety of functionalities that will help you or your company to maintain order and track all your activities.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy the application is to use. The application also does a good job of task tracking and organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislikes at the moment.

There are some inter-team tasks and activities that we have to manage. I realize how simple it is to use.

What do you like best about the product?
It allows us to share, plan, organize, and track the progress of the tasks in which each member is working. Asana is a very simple and easy to use web application, and without a doubt one of the best task management tools. One of the things that I liked most about Asana is its ability to offer an extremely stable network, with which you can establish open communication with each of the employees and with the work team, and in this way, be able to have a better administration of projects and tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
With all its best features, I think you should go through a learning curve to get used to the tool and get the most out of it. Another disadvantage is that it is quite expensive for small businesses if they want to use their business-level functions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for team communication and for project development and task management. I think one of the best factors that Asana has is that it has a user interface that is too complete, fluid and comfortable, capable of providing the user with a way to have a pleasant stay while performing their tasks and preparing their projects. Asana has improved many things in the company, since it has made it possible to create projects with a much better design and in less time thanks to the fact that it allows us to work as a team.

Asana is a very easy to use platform, and that will undoubtedly ensure that each user has perfect accessibility when establishing communication with any employee to correspond to the success of the job. It is excellent if you work with a multifunctional team with multiple projects since everything can be shared in one place and allows you to merge, duplicate or delete a particular task. With Asana you can create, assign and comment on tasks with ease, to know at all times what is being done and who is doing it, and also Receive notifications without requesting it.
Extremely useful and flexible
What do you like best about the product?
Overall, it integrates well with Slack, and the app is easy to use. The ability to sync my tasks to my google calendar is a major plus as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pay model. I'm not fond of how much to pay to enable simple features other tools offer for free.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The primary benefit is being able to document the process for events and keep abreast of updates real-time. It's a solid project management tool.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's becoming a solid staple for both task management and project management. Navigating through it used to be awkward, but they very recently released an update that made switching between projects and organizations much better and it is now a much more solid solution.

Ease of use and set up. I like when I go to Asana I can see easily where everything is.

For me Asana is working well. I like the ease of communication if assigning projects.

Project management for real estate rentals. I use the calendar to do list I assign projects.

I recommend Asana because it is so easy to use, clean interface and really helps to keep me organized.

Reporting across organizations and customization features let you build the process you really want to implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are too many features and ways to edit things. I'm sure this helps expand the client base but for my org, less it more.

Asana allows all teams to understand the workload and bandwidth for more projects to enable efficiency.
Fantastic product, great price, limited integrations
What do you like best about the product?
The program is great to use. Its design is very intuitive to use, the set-up time was limited, and the learning curve was not steep. The boards are much closer to vanilla Kanban boards than other products we've tried in the past (looking at you Teams.)
What do you dislike about the product?
It already has a fairly similar function to a program that we already use but has fewer integrations. If this was able to integrate into our ticketing system, it would be a dream come true app. But it's good at what it does and is unique enough in its function to justify it's continued use.

Asana's helped us visualize and simplify our workflow in a simple, intuitive method. Plus, it actually helped us get more work done, and that's all that really matters with this kind of thing.

Asana was introduced to me at my current job, It keeps me organized with last minute projects.

That it sends me a bunch of emails. I log in almost everyday, I dont need that many emails.

The client can see when a project is completed, it stamps the date of completion

What do you like best about the product?
It allows us to do Project Management at its best, you can see all the tasks assigned to it or it is assigned to others members of the group with the creation of dialogues that allow creating projects in a work room, so that the other employees can participate During this creation, this application is very good and useful for the collaboration of the members of my work.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first glance it can be totally confusing. But there is much to do! I suppose I wish they had a cheaper option for teams of 2-3 people who still want full access to the site and everything it allows. Of rest this application is very good and useful.

This tool helped me to keep everyone responsible and aware of the status of the project being carried out. For my company, we could not function as efficiently as a team without it, it has helped us a lot since we are in different parts country.

Work teams seeking a platform where all members can manipulate the work or project they are doing I can recommend ASANA since it is very complete in this aspect and to the assignment of tasks.
