Asana has de-cluttered my life!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that asana is very easy to move around, they have great notifications, and allow me to have multiple lists for different projects and sub-lists as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that they recently changed their layout! I really liked the previous one, but I have changed my view to have it on a table view. But I do wish they kept the original.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to have personal and work to-do lists combined and have my calendar synced. It has been so helpful!
A Short Asana Review
What do you like best about the product?
Keeping track of active projects. Multiple layers of sub tasks. Collaborative communications via messages.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cannot hide or segregate archived projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana has helped in keeping track of open projects and tasks for the projects. Can use as a check off list for onboarding or installations.

What do you like best about the product?
SO I have only been using it for about a week, but the user friendliness is alright. I will keep using it for the next year. Once I have more input I will update.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like I said aboove, I Think it could be a little more user friendly, I am still playing with the platform, so it will take me a little longer to get used to it and know where everything is on the website
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
none so far, the benefits: makes project management a little easier, a lot of us work out of the office so we can all log in and be updated in real time, and assign people tasks which is also nice.
A Good Way to Keep Tasks Organized
What do you like best about the product?
I like that through Asana I am able to have a dashboard view of everything I'm working on, but can also organize tasks by adding them to sprints or moving them to backlog. Other members of the team can see what I'm working on, what I'm prioritizing, and what I'll be finished with by the end of the week. I also like that I can see the assignments other people are assigned to and working on. I also like that you have the ability to comment on tasks, tag users, and upload documents. And you are able to find tasks that have previously been completed, by may have important notes in the comments. This specific feature has saved me countless times.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't too much I dislike about the platform. It's a helpful organizational tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to constantly make lists of things I had to do. But it was easy to forget something, or lose the list. I can check Asana everyday and know exactly what I. need to be working on. It is also a helpful ways to set goals for the week by organizing my sprint board every Monday. It keeps me, and the rest of the department accountable for what we wanted to accomplish that week.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for an organizational tool Asana is a good option. I work on a relatively small team, and it has been a good way to keep track of tasks, and also keep track of tasks that are being reviewed.

With Asana it has meant and represented a lot for our company, it has excellent functions giving us a good autonomy, it gives us the possibility to manage your own workload and that of others, it stands out in the design of projects, tasks and sample of information that is needed, create projects under a team that easily invites to work, is very good for managing tasks and projects on a daily, weekly or monthly level, adds due dates to tasks and also synchronizes it with google, it is very smooth, comfortable and able to provide the user with a way to have a pleasant stay, it has a visibility of the calendar that is one of the best tools since it can drag and drop as necessary.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only drawback is that the file or image transaction system must be improved through computer chats, since the messaging platform within Asana is not the most optimal since you have to update the browser to see the message, and I would like that will implement sharing documents in Asana.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to Asana we have solved problems with my team by keeping us organized and communicating with each other on a daily basis, a lot of task management is compiled very easily thanks to it, it has provided a pleasant experience from our computers, it is a great tool to keep everyone Responsible for any project that is being developed, it has helped us to easily establish who can see the tasks, who can update them, who can comment on them among others, has helped me a lot today with my work.

Asana: A practical tool for group collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Asana pretty much since it's inception (I remember reading an article on how Facebook employees had developed it for internal use) and I immediately recognized how useful it could be for group collaboration. There are different projects and assignments and each individual on a team can be assigned various things in a clear way. I also like that there can be follow-up and comments, which make it much better than a simple to-do application.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface can be a little confusing for me at times. This might be because it has changed over the years and is different from when I first used it, but it can be a little confusing to follow any changes that have been made or comments applied to a task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a small team yet each of us has a lot of responsibilities. Being able to clearly designate and delegate our assignments has been extremely helpful. It makes sure that nothing falls through the cracks.
Convenient & Cute
What do you like best about the product?
The layout of Asana makes it easy to find things and visualize your to-do list!

At times, the many options can be a little convoluted for a small business/team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has given my team a place to put all of their ideas that is more organized than a bunch of Google Docs or emails! It also helps collaborate on social calendars in a quick way.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The reoccurring feature is great for the calendar so that you don’t have to set up reoccurring events every new year or month.
Using Asana for more than just project management
What do you like best about the product?
Asana has many features. We use the tagging, the custom fields, templates, and more. We have integrated it into our weekly meetings and use it how we build an agenda, as well as managing grants and materials we collect from partners. I also like that there is an app and I get notifications of updates and it's easy for me to update tasks even when I'm not in the live meeting. I appreciate how easy it is to integrate Google Drive, and also have Clockify connected so that I can keep track of my time for each task.
What do you dislike about the product?
People who are new to it feel intimidated. When we try to incorporate partners outside. We also don't quite think that the timeline feature is completely helpful since it's not printer friendly. It is helpful on the screen but some of our team members would like it printed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have more productive meetings and and set up is easy now. We solve the problem of tracking MOUs and other documents. We also solved the problem of not knowing where materials are anymore, because they are always linked and housed in Asana.
