A Project Manager's Dream!
What do you like best about the product?
The comprehensive components that they have begun to implement were at first overwhelming, but now we've on-boarded our entire staff to utilize Asana and it's so much easier to see what everyone is doing when it will be delivered and if we are on target for delivery!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that there was a simpler way to see the files that have been uploaded from specific people, especially when it is someone who had not been working with the company for a while or a freelancer. I would pay for that!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Department heads now have a better grasp on timelines, our sales team can monitor the flow of work that is being delegated, and understanding how strict deadlines are. I've also noticed more collaborations across teams as everyone has open communication with each other!

What do you like best about the product?
It is an online office for me, the whole team knows the progress of each one, in which part of the task is found and if you can support or ask for help with something, adding members to the team and assigning tasks is very easy, just write part of the name and is chosen from the list that is displayed, when someone is added as a follower, he receives notifications throughout the process until it ends, which I perceive as an automation of mail, it is no longer necessary to write the emails so that the project manager stays aware, everything does asana automatically.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I finish a task that is in the form of a list it no longer appears visible in the task pane, I must choose the option to show all the tasks to view it again and during the whole session it remains like this, if I close the session or the window and try again to see the task, I must select from the list to show all the tasks, this has been a bit awkward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can manage our time in a better way, with the help of the gantt chart it is possible to know the pending tasks globally and the deadlines to make the deliveries, when the project manager uploads new tasks, we can help you organize them according to priorities and assign them to team members who have more expertise in those areas that are required.
Asana is my favourite to do list in the world!
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is just the best and helps me stay so organised on track of everything. It is neat, tidy, super easy to use and doesn't over bother you with push notifications. It also makes you feel great about yourself when you complete a task or project!
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I dislike about Asana as I think they've pretty much got everything right!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps me to stay on track, manage and prioritise my workload effectively. We have also recently trialled the business account which was super cool too.

Nothing I found bad about this Application till now.

Currently I am working in Android project using Agile methodology.
So The interaction with client with this Application is best we have in the market.
Here Client can post a Ticket and assigned to the developers and developers can immediately work on that ticket and resolve that.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana allowed me the ability to easily track, monitor and influence our marketing and IT teams with vital projects. Having real time updates is essential for leadership meetings and being able to provide crucial updates to clients and vendors.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was challenging that Asana did not integrate easily with Microsoft Teams - We found Trello had the capability yet Asana did not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Real time insight and knowledge into what each member on my team was working on. From afar, it could appear that one was not being productive and having to engage in a conversation that would later be found not to be true was a waste of both mine and the employees time.
Additionally, we were effectively able to track and trend quarterly goal progress and update our executives accordingly.

Perfect for Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
The different options available for organizing projects is very helpful and the fact that you can have multiple projects across multiple teams in many spaces helps keep relevant information in a designated spot.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning period at first which is a little frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Projects are now completed on schedule while holding team members responsible for their tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how organized it keeps everyone in the office. It keeps us on track, shows us what the clients want and everyone working on the project can see it!
What do you dislike about the product?
Really nothing. Maybe more color choices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizational problems, time management problems. I know when things are supposed to be posted!

What do you like best about the product?
I can break out all of my tasks step by step and mark off which steps are complete and which are pending. The ability to add details to each task with messenger like notifications between colleagues I am collaborating with is extremely helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, nothing. It meets all the needs that we were looking for in the office.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Inter-office communication. Everyone can see what everyone else is working on within Asana so we never have issues that one team doesn't know the timelines of other teams in the office.

What do you like best about the product?
Its the best tool for project management i have ever use! Easy, simple and with good interface. I like thae due dates and it helps a lot.

Nothing, as i said before it is a best tool for project management i have ever used.

Project and time management - i use it on a daily basis at work.
Great, easy to use project management app
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is super easy to use and implement. Our team is easily able to onboard new members. Plus, there are some many integratabtle apps like slack and google suite. The support team is also great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a lot to dislike but making changes to bulk items isn’t really easy to do, having to manually change labels for each task can sometimes be tedious if you make a mistake.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before asana, we used Trello for project management. Now it’s so much easier for us to delegate tasks, streamline our production, have remote employees. Personally, having private boards to track goals has been amazing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely do the trial and see if it works for yourself first. I tried to manage personal/free lance projects and loved it.
