Good Project Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way you could organize tasks and collaborate with team members. Before discovering clickup, i thought it was the best platform that allowed the most flaxibility in customizing the user experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit more expensive than the competition and the free plan kind of sucks, as it doesn't allow you to do much, unlike other project management tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm not currently using Asana, but at the time I did use it, it definetely helped me organize my tasks, and keep me more productive and effective.
Powerful for team organisation but some restrictive elements
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to share work across departments and projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customization can be difficult and tracking work out of boards can sometimes be a challenge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Management of team capacity and goal reporting. Enabling open access to all projects.
Asana is a solid task management tool that gets the job done.
What do you like best about the product?
It continues to be solid at handling simple task management, AI integrations also occationally come in handy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still wish there were better integrations across tasks. It's hard to use for our single department's use.

It helps bring the tasks of our organization to the forefront, allowing us to stay organized and informed.
Useful Project Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to communicate with team members on shared projects
What do you dislike about the product?
It's difficult to see projects your assigned to that you didn't create in your home page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team collaboration and project management.
Asana helps my team to collaborate and work more efficiently
What do you like best about the product?
Keeps everyone on track, I like how it gets really granular so we can include all of our tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes get too many notifications! It's also sometimes hard to get everyone on board and using -- it might be helpful if there were more in product messages prompting those that are skeptical to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
keeping everyone on track and having visibility into cross functional teams.
Good project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Nice user interface and experience - works well to manage multiple projects with contractors. I like the columns where I can shift activities into different stages and automated emails are sent to assignees.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's pretty good so nothing major to report.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps with project management with a contractor I'm using. I drop tasks in there for him to pick up.
Asana is a good project management tool, but it requires a high premium plan for that
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is intuitive and easy to track all your projects simultaneously, with many views and team members. Custom fields and templates are the best to work with, creating a blank canvas for your projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
For you to gain access to such good features, it requires the most expensive plan, so it isn't so accessible and for small teams, it leaves out a bunch of necessary stuff.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly projects organization on a broader level. You can create many folders and different projects, specify which teams are in each one and see all tasks at once.
Most Feasible Project Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
There is nothing better than being able to view everything on my homepage and get a quick overview of what is coming up so I can plan my day-to-day and even my week. Asana reminds me of when I have my tasks due and how to handle them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using Asana for almost 4 years now. I love the system I've created for myself, but I'd like to see some features that cater to people who use the platform alone rather than in teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding products that are free and don't skimp on quality is very difficult for nonprofit developers - Asana does both very well and for me this sets a standard above par.
Effective task tracking and task assignment tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can create multiple spaces to track tasks and that you can assign a task to someone.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a bummer that there isn't an easy way to see task due dates in a calendar view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Asana to house standard agendas for specific meetings and keep tasks associated with each team in Asana.

What do you like best about the product?
The project management system was awesome and I know you will make it more beautiful there are a lot of options and I liked it the best one was project management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana has not to dislike but we can say that about task management system was not easy to use anymore maybe you will improve it asap and all things are perfect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Task management scheduling time and project management time it will be good for all users if you will implement new functionality by the way everything is working great.
