Easiest tool ever I have seen with best UI & UX.

No backlog & market well to defeat JIRA.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been using it to organize my project, to-do list, and checklist. It is very easy to create tasks from your email.
However, it should be nice to manage Sprints, Backlog & the Agile model as well; honestly, I wish to use and recommend this as a professional tool in my organization.
I have used this for test purposes and to refer my company management for using it for organization but didn't find above mentioned things.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Asana is strongly recommended for small setup and your self-management.
It is good but not great with respect to the competition it has in the market nowadays.
What do you like best about the product?
It is relatively simple to use and to the point. Quite good for QA bug reporting and tracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lack of importing options from other tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us a lot for stand-alone QA bug reporting projects.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Asana is user friendly and requires little knowledge to be able to use its basic functionalities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the glitches and how it can slow down when taking certain actions.

Asana is helping me problem solve with its functionalities provided which is a benefit to me.
It's a great tool if you have a team and methodology
What do you like best about the product?
I love Asana because allows me to understand where is my team and track the process of all projects. I usually work on a few projects for different clients at the same time, Asana is very helpful because on the same app I can see the availability of my team and the status of each project. With this tool, I can send reports and status about the project's progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes is difficult to create the entire flow of the project. If you have a lot of tasks is hard to track and sometimes these tasks are due and lose visibility. The message part is not the best tool, doesn't work well with the notifications, and is hard to follow the new messages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If you have a lot of tasks, like me, the section "my tasks" can't show the field tags and don't show the priority. This is an important thing when you need to prioritize your work.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Start now...is a great tool and gives you the entire vision of your agency.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how you can check off items and easily make comments on the tasks at hand. It is also extremely easy to communicate with your team and it's great to be able to check in on what your teammates are working on.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's sometimes tricky to keep track of what needs to be done. You need to customize your tasks page to really work for you, the default can be very confusing at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is helping my teammates know what I am working on and letting them know the progress of tasks and helping me include them in collaborative projects. It is great to see what everyone is working on!

What do you like best about the product?
I like the way we can create and keep track of service requests on Asana. We are a remote-based company so most of our communications are done over Asana and we manage our team/projects using simplified & user-friendly interface. The best part of Asana (which actually makes it better than any other app) is the workflow builder that lets you create and run a different workflow that can automate some of the manual boring tasks. The inbuilt calendar & timeline helped me a lot be productive and keep track of where and how I am spending my work hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asan has a lot of features but poor documentation/resource on how to use it. Because not many companies use this software, you don't get community support. But their customer/tech support team is pretty good and helpful.

We created several workflows to automate some of our respiting tasks, communication and collaboration, tracking time and improving productivity and managing several projects on a single platform.
Great basic user friendly tool with more limited capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a tool that is very user friendly and easy to use but it has limited capabilities for more in depth needs. It's also nice that Asana has a mobile app to use on the go.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the reasons we switched off of Asana is because our team was getting too busy and there was no way to track how much time they had available for new projects. We also chose another tool that enabled you to track your time on certain tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is nice for very basic task management and to have a checklist of things you need to complete. It is nice to be able to prioritize the work you need to do too.
