What do you like best about the product?
Asana makes it easy to set dates and add templates to make sure projects all have every piece needed
What do you dislike about the product?
Lots of email updates for tasks sometimes trains people to ignore them

Complete team project management
Good platform but could use some tweaking
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the ability to lay out my tasks as well as add subheadings, due date, as well as link and documents. You can also see others tasks or share responsibility on a task.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the layout could be more cohesive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Laying out tasks by priority, date, and type of task is beneficial for proper work flow.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana allows me and my team to streamline processes and reduce errors. This allows us to maximize time on crucial tasks. We can also monitor the progress and status of key I initiatives in real time .
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall there is not much I don’t like about Asana. I would like to see better integrations with our CRM SF. This would be very helpful when monitoring key projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team has been able to effectively manage their time. They accomplish this my being able to create custom processes to there projects needs.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This product is do everyone not just excel users.
Asana is great for teams!
What do you like best about the product?
Actually, Asana is not only great for teams, but it is great to use for personal task agendas as well. With Asana, you can assign yourself or a teammate a task. You can even make conditional tasks. For example, say you are the social media manager, but your graphic designer has to make the image that you are going to post online, with Asana you can assign yourself the task of posting the image online but only have that task timeline start for yourself once the graphic designer has marked their task as complete. What's even better is that the graphic designer can store or attach the image that they completed in Asana. You will be notified that they finished your task and you will be able to go in, grab the image and get to work on your task.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike having one more platform to log into. It would be great if Asana was integrated with another tool that I use every day so that way I wouldn't be logging into 5 different tools a day. I also find some of Asana's notification emails to be a bit too much, but I guess that's something I could always change in my notification settings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have solved the problem of "who said they were going to do this?" We now know who is assigned to do what and by when. This is so very helpful when working on big campaigns and projects with long timelines.
Great project tool for small teams and clients
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that Asana has a clean interface and integration with email and calendar.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much that I dislike about Asana. We've tried other project tracking tools and this seems to be the best one so far. As a small, remote team, every connection matters. I like that this tool is so easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We put all of our customers on Asana so they can see transparently into how much activity is being done on their behalf. We are a service-based business so that added clarity is helpful and helps build trust.

Bigger projects required a lot of organization. Asana does that for us

Asana is a great tool for managing projects, especially those that touch on multiple departments.
What do you dislike about the product?
No real dislikes, but I wish the list of DINE items were easier to access

Communication issues- much easier to delegate to different departments and keep track of what’s left to accomplish.

I like how it keeps me organized when working on highly detailed tasks that require long to-do lists.

It can be difficult to grasp the software at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem I am solving is that everyone can see the work I completed on my team, without me having to update everyone accordingly.
Very useful for team management
What do you like best about the product?
Asana makes project planning and task tracking easy; I specially like that you can review deadlines and each team member's tasks for different projects in a single list.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notifications on the platform are sent to project leader but coworkers don't get them unless you add all of them to the tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly, is easier ti control time spend in each project, recurrent tasks and keeping everyone aware of deadlines

What do you like best about the product?
The ability for my team to assign tasks to each other and set a time and day for them to be due. It eliminates the ability to forget about due dates. I like how you can add details and information on the task box.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tasks can become hidden in the mix if you don't categorize your tasks by due date. Asana does not actively bring due tasks to your attention.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team is able to hold each other to due dates and deadlines, and keep all of the project tasks we have in motion in one place.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use this for small and large teams, don't over-assign tasks and include info with your task assignments!
