Very easy to use and intuitive platform.
What do you like best about the product?
I love Asana very much since it gives me an excellent stay on the platform since it has a good interface that is easy to use and very well optimized. I like it because it works perfectly with all the other programs I use. I like it because I can add one more task than one project. I like it a lot because it has kept me well organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Due to my experience using Asana, I have not obtained complaints, difficulties, or any malfunction, quite the opposite has been a really surprising and effective application without being able to have negative comments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana, it is a really surprising tool, it is very easy to use thanks to its interface, it has helped me a lot in the elaboration of projects to share them with my work colleagues and ask for opinions on the activities that I do.

I love Asana very much since it allows me to add a task to more than one project. I like it because it allows you to receive emails when someone comments on my homework, It is a very complete and easy to use platform.

With regard to Functionalities I have not been able to witness any negative aspect, since as I said it is a very complete and well optimized tool making it difficult for me to have bad comments towards it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to Asana, it has allowed me to easily compile and update my applications. It has helped me stay well organized and not miss the deadline for projects. It has helped me with communication within the labor field.

Asana is great, it allows you to generate revenue for the corporation, keep employees who perform their daily tasks and therefore always get the best results, their notifications and how to organize the projects is very good, always thought that the most important thing in everything project is the organization you have, I recommend asana for the management of your company and daily activities

What I like most about Asana is that it has a wide variety of very useful functions to manage projects, it works perfectly to invite my colleagues, I can customize, assign and carry out following the activities of my projects within the platform, it is Very simple and organized, giving me a pleasant stay.

I liked the interface, but it wasn't as clean as other software. So my team ended up going with a different project management software.

I didn't love their interface. It worked and helped me manage my tasks, but it wasn't easy to get others on my team invested.

I was using it to keep track of projects I was responsible. Not really collaborating.

I think it works well and is more affordable than other options. It all depends on who is making the decisions.

Asana has allowed the task review process for collaborators to be streamlined; now it's enough to check the admin panel to find out who is doing what.

What do you dislike about the product?
Asana is very good, however, being able to make checklists in the tasks would be great. Since very often some tasks have subtasks, something like what Trello has would be perfect to implement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps save time. Previously, task review had to be done by asking and in meetings with everyone present, which caused a loss of time as tasks were being reviewed.
Now, by looking at the dashboard, you find out which tasks are assigned and also the ones assigned to you.

Asana is a good option if it's your first project management software because its free version is excellent for trying it out, exploring it, and deciding if it's for you. Its free version has no time limit; that's how we started and discovered that it did fit what we needed. Our company is dedicated to digital marketing and web development.

Being able to “follow” a task that may belong to someone else allows for managers to oversee achievements. Everyone is held accountable

Only being able to assign a task to one individual person makes it hard to assign items to whole teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problems. We do notice that we see higher productivity!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it for at least a month before giving up, and don’t forget that you can make tasks repeatable! Duplicating tasks is also very underestimated.
Switched from Trello to Asana
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to plan in a Kanban board similar to Trello but have such versatility with the way you view that information. I also love having a single place to see just my tasks and check them off. Trello was not as fluid. I also love the view of workload across our team. Its very easy to see where we are overloaded across our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took a little while for our team to get our process in place. There is a lot of flexibility but was a while before we got the most out of Asana.

Easy to use and great to stay on top of tasks!
What do you like best about the product?
The interface makes it easy to organize tasks and prioritize. The templates are extremely helpful and the email plugin is convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would love for a simpler dashboard that lets you see tasks that are due.

Great software! I would recommend taking the tutorials offered through their website. The videos explain how best to utilize it.
