What do you like best about the product?
The designs are awesome that the board with lanes are really good.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the product could be better at doing scrum and agile like have a burn down and break thighs up in projects like epics
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to organize our workload and tasks needing to be completed. We schedules work as well that was reoccurring.

What do you like best about the product?
I think that Asana is the best project management tool out there. it is high-quality task management software
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I dislike! Maybe the customer service. it takes a lot of time to get problems resolved

working remotely, project management, goal tracking, sharing resources

What do you like best about the product?
The assignation system is awesome! Either is a task or a sub theme, I can see everything I have to do in just one screen, one place. No more notification clutter in the inbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
I get a notification by EMAIL everyone does something, even if it's not adressed to me, just because i follow the task. Pls, enable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization! I work in a content agency and before Asana, we handled everything by mail. ew. So, this tool keeps us organized and on schedule.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's easy and fun to use! Somehow it seems simple and clean, (even if there's a thousand tasks for you haha) Nice interface and UX!

What do you like best about the product?

Easy to use

they have good mobile apps

I dislike that there is limited customer support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is used to manage our collaboration on different projects within our organization. We use it to communicate, assign tasks, and track completion of tasks.

As a content writer, it helps organize our content calendar and the timeline of tasks involved with each piece of content we create.

They make it easy to manage multiple teams, so really no disappointments.

It has freed up a lot more time! We are finding that it is much easier to see projects all the way through.

A helpful prioritization tool in my organization

What do you like best about the product?
Asana has become an alternative to google docs for me. It allows me to share a high level update/status on my work without going too "in the weeds." It also helps me greatly with project prioritization and re-prioritization.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes some getting used to in terms of subtasks and getting the board hierarchy exactly as you would like it. Sometimes, it is tough to show the true status on a big project with a lot of subparts. Perhaps better suited to smaller projects and tasks as opposed to larger overarching ones.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a partially remote employee, it is easy to share a quick project status via my board outside of our weekly touch base meetings. It has helped me streamline my workflow, and provide high level updates to my supervisor.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to assign tasks with due dates and times to emphasize when a project is time sensitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am still getting used to using Asana for my own tasks. I wish it Could interact with my gmail account and live on my email page like google tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We benefit from being able to upload task and assign them to someone. Once it’s complete I am notified via email.

What do you like best about the product?
I think it's very easy to navigate and makes easy to work with a team of people. I liked the organization of the task and being able to keep a thread of comments going. It was also nice to see my coworkers progress and being able to follow it. This made it simple to know where tasks and projects were at within the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
The built in timer always seems to be an issue with our team. I think there should be a clearer way to activate a timer for tasks. Our work relies on knowing time spent on client's tasks so this is important for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's made working with a team super easy and clear. We are able to be on calls and know exactly where to look and find client tasks. It makes it easy to work on a team and keeps everything organized.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go for it. We had to quickly switch to a new management program and Asana was easy to get started with.

What do you like best about the product?
The task boards are very flexible and allow you to change views to lists, calendars, or timelines. It's also easy to filter and sort tasks and to create tasks that depend on other tasks, have subtasks and are shared between multiple people. Asana for business also allows teams to easily get an overview of everyone's workload.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be useful to be able to group projects more clearly. For example, 'emails' may require several projects, so it would be good to be able to clearly mark them as related for ease of discovery.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Transparency in and across teams is easier since we were previously using different task managers that weren't connected. It also easily allows us to see how much work we can take on as a team.
